Denese Harris and her team from The Schrader Group was wonderful helping my husband and I sell our home. We prepared our home for showings during the middle of the week, left town over the following weekend for scheduled showings, and our home sold soon after! We could not believe it!

I typically do not write a review for anything or anyone, but the outstanding service I received from our Realtor Andrew Cases calls for an exception. Andrew put quality over quantity when it came to helping my family and I secure a home. What I mean by quality is we were not just a "number" to him, he genuinely cared to get to know us and familiarize himself with what we were comfortable with when purchasing a home. An added bonus is that he was prior military, and with us moving overseas from Germany to Texas he was able to relate and make our home purchase that much easier! Andrew was 100% professional

Raul and his team are amazing. They really took care of me and my family when we were in need of selling our home. We have previously worked with the Schrader Group on two homes. Originally selected due to Mr. Schrader's emphasis for a strong supporting staff, they just assisted us in selling our third home. The staff does an excellent job of keeping us updated on all salient events and explains everything in simple plain talk. Can't beat this excellent service. Also, their timely counsel gave us plenty of information for us to make decisions based on the current factors of this latest sale. Great job!
