This will usually be FREE of charge as in most cases it is paid for by your insurance company and will normally NOT affect your no claims bonus. Your vehicle has several different types of safety glass. Usually, your front windshield will be composed of laminated glass. Tempered glass is used for the side window and rear window. Tempered glass in the sides and rear serves a different function, but it is also incredibly strong and compressed.

The gentleman who installed my windshield was very professional, but unfortunately he either installed the windshield improperly or we have an improper fit for my 2013 Ford Explorer.
It took me a while to notice that there were problems because Colorado is very dry, especially the Denver metro. Once I moved back to Maryland (only a few weeks after the window installation) where it is very humid, I noticed the inside of my windows becoming foggy, which was strange, but I only realized what was happening a bit later. The sales manager, Tony, was very quick to respond with a well-informed quote and scheduling--even being flexible with my schedule. The 100% free mobile service was a huge plus. A wonderful technician, Julio, was very fast and efficient at replacing my windshield. He explained what he was doing, why, and showed he knew a lot about what he was doing. He was also easy to engage in friendly conversation with which is a huge plus in my opinion.
The whole service took about 20 minutes

A few years back (January 2015) I had my window replaced by them, the service was fast and quick. What I got out of it was a disaster. The tech who replaced my window left glue and finger print marks on my car. To this day I still have his finger prints on my car. The white glue residue won't wash off on the interior. The tech didn't fully clean out the broken glass, so when I lowered and raised my window I could hear the remains scrapping against the new window. I called them and had them re-service my window. As of 07/08/2018 I still have pieces of glass from my old window in the door. And the
