I was recommended to Tom, by my future father in law. I had a horrible noise coming from the under part of my 2017 dodge journey. I drove it up there one night and the noise stopped right before I got to the shop. Tom had someone ride with me to try and hear the sound, but of course no sound. They asked me to bring it back overnight, so they could hear it first thing in the morning. We did that, we got a call pretty quickly and the problem was found. A bushing to my drive shaft, had stopped working properly. We gave them the ok, to fix it and it was done the following day. I came into the shop
