I’ve definitely found my go to mechanic. I’m new to the area and it’s always nerve wracking to find a new mechanic you can trust but you can trust him. He does the work and doesn’t overcharge you and tries to get your car back to you as quickly as he can.

I never knew how great the service, quality and price were until our family moved. My parents used him for over twenty years and were very satisfied. After I moved away and have been living out of the area for 10 years, I have been looking, but still haven't found anyone as good. I highly recommend Ralph.

Absolutely atrocious. My mom was told she could drop off her Jeep and they would get to checking it out in a few days. Over a week passed and every time we called to follow up Ralph was more and more irritable and rude. Finally we went to just pick up the truck. Turns out the battery had died while it was sitting there and the employees proceeded to watch as we struggled to jump start the Jeep with my Honda Accord without even offering to help. We had originally selected this establishment because of the 5 star rating, but it's obvious this place doesn't deserve it.
