Worst experience ever. I have given them my business for years. Unfortunately, I was unlucky this time. I had gotten a gel pedicure and the dip powder manicure. The lady spend over an hour on my toes which was greatly appreciated, but then when it was time for the dip powder manicure she did it in 15 MINUTES! I have been doing my nails for over 5 years and I have NEVER had someone rush through a dip manicure. I got this done on Wednesday night and by Sunday three nails popped off. I went back Sunday and they only fixed those three even though I told them they are ALL lifting. This other lady rushed

Do not go here! It will cost you! Horrible experience. Went with a friend for a pedi. Got a basic pedi. She got a fancy pedi. When they presented me with a bill for $60, I assumed I was somehow paying for both pedicures. Later, I asked her about it, and my friend said she paid separately. I asked the salon to refund the mistaken overcharge, and they were belligerent, argumentative, evasive, and rude. They said I got a $60 pedi, and that I had asked for it. They don't realize my friend was with me and recalls it exactly as I do. She got the fancy pedi, and her bill was $50, with tip. I got

Myself and 3 friends last minute decided to get gel and dip manicures and we were calling salons but no one would take us as a walk in. Le Spa Nails immediately accepted us and by the time we got there (15 min after we called), they had 4 technicians lined up next to each other for us to sit together ready for us! All the technicians were very kind and we all loved our nails. The manager offered us drinks and overall it was a good experience. The inside has a nice clean feel, and it was not overly priced.

I went with a friend a few weeks ago and we both got pedicures. I didn't quite care for the small selection for nail polish. The woman who did my pedicure, kept trying to upsell me on services and it felt like she was being pushy. I felt that she could have done a better job of painting my nails and cleaning up the work. There was polish left all the way around a few of my nails on my skin, the massage was just not up to par, and I felt rushed. I also ordered a coffee, which was obviously not the best quality, it tasted like salt water. Not a fan.

Let's talk atmospheres. When u want u feels like a bar lounge chill spot. The staff is so welcome. Full bar. Great massage pedicure chairs and love the chandelier. Located across from south point mall parking is a shared parking lot so weekends hard to find a space. Beat to make an appointment. Most people get gel nails here I noticed.

A girlfriend & I went to get our mani-pedi's done for her Engagement Party! I enjoyed my treatments. Lisa massaged my calves and feet with a lovely green tea concoction, although there are many other delightful options and scents to choose from! For my color I chose a bright light blue, #28. I even tried gel nails for the 1st time. Although Lisa gave me good attention, the house Mistress was constantly walking around with a "hurry-up, don't waist time" look/attitude and I got the feeling the manicurists were under pressure to keep it moving. I do wish the wine bar was open!

I went in with out an appointment, staff was very nice but I went in with 2 people who got their toes done and I was not seated to get my nails done until they were finished. I had my colors picked and was ready to get them done but I was told for the simple shape I wanted it would be an up charge and normal polish would take 45 minutes to dry and then upcharged again for gel. Once my nails were started I showed the nail tech a photo and she said she could do it easily and picked a color for me and it turned out nothing like the photo, with the colors or the design. This was my go-to place for pedicures for many years. Based on my last experience, probably not anymore. They have a limited Covid menu of services. I chose the $50 pedicure even though I there was no real description. What a disappointment! I got no massage at all. Zero. The callus removal consisted of a handful of scrapes across my heel and nothing more. They wrapped my legs in a hot, wet towel which felt wonderful, but then they just took it off and let it evaporate into the cold air. I usually go here to get my nails done. On one occasion, I decided to get my eyebrows waxed. The woman doing the wax accidentally put wax on the wrong part of my eyebrow. It looked like I had a gap, like Vanilla Ice in the 90s. When I asked them about it, they said it could be fixed. At this point I didn't want them touching my eyebrows any more. I went and purchased a brow pencil and filled it in. Get your nails done here, not eyebrows!!

My sisters and I all got pedicures. We had appointments but we were running early and they took care of us which was great. You have to use hand sanitizer and fill out a form with your name, contact info, and temperature. The technicians and all the staff were super nice and attentive. The pedicure itself was done very well in my opinion and felt great. Polish selection was only okay. Overall very happy and will be back.

Don't get your eyebrows done here. I had 2nd degree burns.
Customer service is just okay. The bar tender has an amazing welcoming presence even though I never get a drink.
There's never a warm welcome to the establishment so don't be fooled by decor.
Some techs are good and others are really bad.
I only come back because of the selection of colors they have.

**Especially if you get SNS/Dip Powder**
I'm so disappointed with the manicure I just received and wish I didn't have to pay $50. Here's a recap explaining my one star rating:
1. Technician didn't begin until 30 minutes after my appointment.
2. Old polish was not removed entirely and now can be seen under my new color.
3. 2 cuticles were cut and bleeding. Without hesitation or effort to clean, my technician continued painting & dipping the powder OVER MY BLOOD. Can also see blood through my polish

I was very unhappy with the service I received yesterday. I normally make an appointment however this time I just decided to walk in. I normally go to the nail tech Sia but she was unavailable this time. I picked out my colors 3 total of gel polish. Then I was seated, this nail tech Sonya came and took a seat. I told her that I wanted a dark grey color which I couldn't find. I come here quite often and the last 2 experiences have not been what I was use to. They have a great establishment with very pleasant staff members. There is never a wait time with providing you with services. They greet you when you come in and get right to work. Today after I returned home from my pedicure, I looked at the bottom of my feet to discover skin hanging. I pay to get the calluses removed and heels smooth. Now I have to do them myself.

Place had a great vibe. Service was fast and attentive........until it was time for my pedicure. I was jealous because my fiancé had a great nail tech, Maria, who worked magic with his feet. My technician was underwhelming , she was great with the paint, but the whole time I was wishing Maria was working on my pedicure. Have never had a complaint about this place until today. Super nice people, great atmosphere. You can buy alcohol if you'd like. I came in to get a full set ombre. Typically I pay 45 at most for this. The gentleman who did my nails was nice, easy to chat with although several of his coworkers kept coming over while he was working on my nails-including the manager/owner? who told him he needed to file them differently. When I asked about the difference, I was told that the "cut down" of my nails was an upcharge even though I did NOT ask for them to be cut and there was an upcharge for removal of my previous polish. I am VERY particular about my nails and was anxious about getting them done not only out of town but at large nail shop. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service. The nail tech took her time and was friendly.
Pricing was the same as Atlanta which surprised me. I expected it to be cheaper.
