I hate to even leave a bas review. I frequent this salon and usually make an appointment with the same person. He was out of town this week. I went and had to same service I’ve always had and paid the same price. Today I was charged $15 more for the same dip with ombré I have been receiving in variations of colors for the last two months. When I paid today, I was told $50. I explained I've paid the same thing every time I’ve had services. The lady in the first chair was not accommodating and said….”It’s still $50.” I don’t mind paying the price but don’t appreciate not being accommodated

I had a great experience here!! my nail tech was very focused and put in a lot of time on my nails, giving me a beautiful SNS manicure, and she was so friendly and nice to talk to! also, this is the best price i've ever paid for dipping powder by far. highly recommend!

The first time I went I was paired with Andy...I continue to go back to him. He has given me, honestly, the best manicures/pedicures I have ever had and I'm in my mid-50s

I recently moved to Durham and have tried several salons to find my favorite spot. I’ve often walked out of other places with tips that are chunky, arched, and/or flared, or with rounded toenails (which, for me, invariably become ingrown). Here, I leave with extensions that are filed flat and appropriately thin, and my pedicures last ages and grow out comfortably. Whether I make an appointment or walk in, the team does their best to get you into a chair as quickly as they can even when they’re extremely busy. The salon is clean, super cute, and adheres dutifully to COVID-19 safety protocols

They took me as an same day appointment and the owner did an amazing job on my nails. They are a little more expensive than most but worth it. The atmosphere is clean and they sanitize constantly during my visit which made me feel really comfortable. They gave a beautiful gift during my visit. Thank you. I will come back, Tom was great.

Absolutely love it here! They always do a great job, whether I'm getting a full set or a relaxing pedicure. My nails look fantastic after going here, and the prices are reasonable. Bonus is that they're usually playing HGTV :) call for an appointment, they're usually busy.

My only quarrel was the fact that my massage chair didn't work during my pedicure. The staff was professional, friendly, and so talented! It was quick and easy to get an appointment. I'll be returning to this salon!

My mom and I were in search of a nail salon to use regularly. I decided to try one more place before we settled on a salon. We made an appointment for 3 pm on a Saturday. Even though they were packed, we were taken on time. We enjoyed it! They were very nice and very helpful. We will definitely be regulars!

THIS PLACE NEVER CEASES TO AMAZE ME! I’ve been going to Posh the past 3 years . They’re always improving in their service and not once have I had a bad encounter/service. Christina is AMAZING, she is very professional and does her job very carefully and beautifully. She is always smiling and laughing and brings happiness to my heart. I 100% recommend her if you’re into nail art!

I’ve been going here long before the pandemic. Recently I decided to start going places again but Posh was always so busy so I decided to go somewhere else. Two different salons later I’m back at Posh! Will never go anywhere else again! Paula and Cindy are the best!

If you’re not getting your fresh sets done at Posh, you’re really missing out. I’ve been coming here since I moved to Durham and hands down, the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. Always on time, a welcoming environment, their Covid protocols make you feel safe when here, it is so clean, and the entire staff is a pleasure to work with. I’ve been seeing Christina specifically for the last 1.5 years and she always goes above and beyond to deliver the jazziest nails we can think of! I love my nails. Cristine did an amazing job. This set is well worth the price and time. When you call ahead be sure to tell them you want nail art, or you will have to wait a bit. Totally worth it.
I left something behind and they kept it safe till the next day as well. They also fix a little irritation under my cuticle right away. Will come back.

I live near Northern Durham and have been looking for a really nice nail spa. My best friend recommended posh Nail Spa because they do great work and have great prices, so I went ahead and popped in randomly during the week. They have a beautiful interior, and great customer service. I was very pleased with the gel manicure that I received. And it appeared that everyone there did a good job. I would definitely return here again, this may be my new favorite spot!

I was searching for a salon that was not ridiculously over priced, and finding a cheaper one in the area made me a little nervous. However, Henry took great care of me today! I received a pedicure and dip manicure, and the colors match perfectly despite being different polish. I love the way my nails came out, as they are not too thick and with my nails being super short Henry had no problem giving me exactly what I asked for! The Salon was also kept clean, I was impressed as I watched them sanitize the entire pedicure seat as soon as I got up from it. I will definitely be going back!

I have been here twice and gotten dipped nails both times. I am very plan Jane when it comes to fingernails (not toenails) I just got mine done again here today and they are perfect!! Everyone I witnessed in this salon both today and the other time seemed to be extremely happy!! They are friendly and are very accommodating to what you want.

I love this place! They're all always so kind, prompt, and very detailed! I'm picky about my nails and they always make sure everything looks great and is nice and clean when you leave! I also love that their pedicures involve a long massage! 10/10!

One of the best experiences I've ever had at a nail salon. I got a full set with gel polish and my eyebrows waxed. The staff was friendly and welcoming without constantly trying to upsale you! The nail Tech I had did absolutely fantastic he was quick and efficient without losing quality. The waxer was there very quick to turn my bushes of brows into 2 nicely arched brows that fit my face perfectly. The facility was nice and clean. And the chairs were comfortable enough to take a nap in. If you are looking for a nail salon I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

UPDATE: After posting a two-star review, I was contacted by the manager within 24 hours. We worked together to schedule a second appointment for me to come in and have my nails redone personally by him. It was a very kind gesture.


I received two services at the salon -- a simple manicure and eyebrow waxing. The finished manicure was very sloppy and patchy. You can visibly see holes and some places needed an additional coat. I had blue nail polish still on bits of my fingers.

I did go on a Saturday afternoon, so the salon was busy. However, I waited 30 minutes after my manicure for the waxing

I love Cindy, my nails are so cute I could cry :) def recommend- make sure you have an appointment, they're not taking walk-ins!

After having my nails chip due to bad polish and/or lamp, Tom totally corrected my nails, improving the shape, and explained what had happened. The customer service was wonderful and I plan to make this my new nail home.

After the first experience I had, the owner Tom reached out to me personally to correct the issue and have me come back again to get my nails done. I'm so glad I did because it was a fantastic experience and my nails look wonderful! I ended up getting a pedicure and dip powder on my nails.
I will definitely be coming back here again and again to get my nails done!

Love that Posh is a short drive away from me and has parking (shared lot with Food Lion). I recommend calling ahead at least 1 day in advance to make sure you secure your spot, as they seem to be perpetually busy.

I've gotten several manicures here (regular and gel) and have always been happy with the results. Christina and Thuy were both great. I'll continue coming to this spot as long as I'm in the area!
