Pia Taylor is.... AMAZING.
Pia made the home buying and selling process as easy as possible. She was easy to get in touch with; when I called her with my 1,000 questions she was able to provide me with the answers and when I called anxious about a particular step in the process she was able to be my own personal therapist and set me at ease. She was able to provide contact information for several services that I needed, including house cleaners, painters, handymen, and inspectors. When I was unable to meet with any of the contractors, Pia was available to meet with them on my behalf.

Pia Taylor was great in helping me sell my home that's been in my family since 1962. She found a qualified buyer and the house was under contract within two days. She also found help in loading my POD, and went the extra mile with finding assistance with remaining packing. She sent reminders of when to cut off utilities and supplied detailed closing information.

Pia is amazing and we are lucky to have worked with her. Her deep knowledge and insight of the housing market in Alexandria, VA allowed us to get more house for the money then other agents thought possible.
