Annette has been an amazing property manager for our properties in Columbia for the past two years. She manages a 9 unit Multi-Family Property, a Duplex and Two Single Family homes for us. She is very responsive, has great contacts for contractors, septic systems, handymen, etc. We feel she values our properties and treats them as her own. As we continue to acquire more properties she is definitely the property manager we will go to for management of additional units. She is highly recommended.
