Previously retired as an Administrative Assitant from The Ohio University Medical Center, Pounds brings her clerical knowledge and financial literacy to maximize office efficiency and help manage a larger capacity. With roots here in Columbus, Ohio, she is a proud graduate of Bishop Hartley High School.

If I could have given more stars I would. I found Mr. Douglas to be extremely professional, upfront, very friendly, and possessed a wealth of knowledge. He treated us as if we were his only clients; giving us his undivided attention day and night. We never encountered a time when he was unreachable.
