The L.A. office of Dr. Shermin Lahijani, OD, is respected for its great eye care service, our ability to help you purchase new frames and lenses, and our excellent customer service. Dr. Lahijani has more than 18 years of experience in eye care and earned her medical degree in 2003 from Southern California College of Optometry.
At Hollywood Optometrist, we offer a full range of eye care services to help you both see clearly and look great while doing it. We are proud to serve Westlake and the greater LA region from our new location at Beverly Blvd and Alvarado St. All quality eye care begins with regular, comprehensive eye examinations.

We understand that your time is precious and that you need an optometrist who is professional, yet convenient for your lifestyle. In order to make the transition to our office smoother for you, we have created a New Patient Center with everything you need to get started.
At Shermin Lahijani OD, Hollywood Optometrist, our goal is to promote good eye health and enable you to have the clearest vision possible. We accept several types of vision insurance, cash, and most credit cards. We inform our Los Angeles patients about exam and treatment costs at the beginning of your appointment.
We strive to create ways to pass savings along to our patients. We are therefore pleased to offer several special price packages for complete pairs of glasses. When you select a frame from a special grouping of approximately 100 styles, you may purchase a complete pair of glasses for a discounted price.

I had an excellent first experience here. It was easy to make an appointment, the people checking me in were lovely, the tech and optometrist were friendly and knowledgeable and provided helpful education on the eye issues I’m struggling with. Just a really solid experience.

I had a wonderful experience at this office. I have gone through a couple eye doctors since moving to LA and they just never got it right. Finally my roommate found this office nearby and she had a great experience so I figured I would give it a try. They were able to get me in within a couple of days and the doctor took her time with me and was very informative and LISTENED. I also learned a lot about my eyes and even the specific contacts I wear! I was pleasantly surprised and have FINALLY found my eye doctor in LA.
