Leslie Jones did a fantastic job keeping my ring within my price range while giving me more than i could have hoped for, truly. Great experience, Leslie was completely focused on me and my wants. Not once did I ever feel I was being sold something higher than my range, outside of wants, and I would highly recommend Leslie, and will, to every single one of my friends in line to go ring shopping. Going with someone you trust makes all the difference, and Leslie provided that trust. The ring is absolutely gorgeous, and my fiance certainly agrees!

The Diamond Guild is the best! They have helped me many times pick out pieces, and their quality, selection, and prices cannot be matched. Louis and his staff are honest, good people which is so hard to find in this business, and there's a reason why they have been around for so long. Definitely recommend going to them for any piece of jewelry and especially an engagement ring, as you know The Diamond Guild is a place you can trust!

I would absolutely recommend buying jewelry with Diamond Guild. We bought all of our bridal jewelry here with the help of Leslie. We did a good amount of custom work including sourcing high quality loose diamonds, mixing and matching bands, etc., and she was patient and guided us through all of the intricacies of the stones and styles. Great turn-around time and the product is stunning. The staff are the nicest people. They are easy to work with, put on no pressure to buy, and very knowledgable. We plan to use them for many years to come.

My husband got my engagement ring and then matching wedding band at The Diamond Guild and worked with Leslie. Everyone there is so nice and the jewelry is absolutely stunning. A few years ago, I bought two pieces of jewelry here, one was custom made. I asked if they could take my emerald tennis bracelet and create a necklace out of it. Throughout the process I was told it was possible, only to receive a call where they informed me that they were having difficulty with the softness of the stones. They then proceeded to give me a necklace that looked completely unfinished and the sales person tried to tell me that it was "beautiful and amazing" as I looked on in horror. Just purchased an engagement ring here last Thursday and it came in 3 days. What a great place and a wonderful, professional staff. Doug was so helpful and mindful of my price range. He made it a point to tell me the stone was EGL certified and it would be rated a little lower under GIA. This is information I wouldn't have known to ask, and the whole experience just felt right from the beginning. The ring is absolutely gorgeous, and even though she hasn't been given it just yet, all her friends and family love it! We will definitely be returning for our wedding bands come next

We always have a great experience at the Diamond Guild! Everyone is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and since I have been there several times they know exactly what I like. I had my engagement ring and wedding band reset there and I absolutely LOVE what they looks like. Customer service is also fantastic. I went in with a silver bracelet that got discolored and they spent a lot of time cleaning it and they were able to get it looking brand new!

I just had the best, most pleasantly professional experience at the Diamond Guild. Throughout my entire visit Yvonne took great care of me in my reckless hustle to get the perfect gift after finding out my order from a different jeweler was not in!! As someone with less of an eye for this kind of thing, it was a breathe of fresh air to have her lead me through the process. The yelp deal definitely helped too!! They are all incredibly nice and passionate about their jobs. I am officially using this store, and Yvonne specifically, for all future purchases for my special woman!

Doug, Debbie and the entire team at The Diamond Guild are fantastic. Extremely easy to work with. I was going back and forth on my deciding what to get for an engagement ring. They were more interested in me finding the right stone, more than what it cost or how much I spent. It was such a refreshing experience. Most other retailers want you to buy the most expensive thing, here it's what right for you.

Even though we didn't have a huge price range, it was refreshing to work with a manager who gave even the highest level of attention to a buyer who wasn't necessarily spending the most money. He even coordinated a whole elaborate story with my fiancé so that I would be "thrown off the track," so to speak. Of course this helped me enjoy a proposal that was still somewhat of a surprise! I haven't been to Legacy Place in about a year. I noticed that they finally have a high end jewelry store and I had to go in! When I walked in I was greeted with a nice "Hello" and made to feel very welcome. I looked around and was impressed with the quality and selection that they have. Leslie, the sales associate I was working with, mentioned they have a Wish List that they keep on file so I filled that out...hopefully I will get something off that for my holiday gift this year! The staff was great and will be going back.

Everything about this place was outstanding. David was a customer's dream in terms of laying out all of the facts. He's a salesmen unlike any other I've ever dealt with. Very genuine and cordial, but well informed. I purchased my fiance's engagement ring there, and couldn't be happier with it.
Plus, you can go to the Yard House afterwards and drink the "I just spent literally all of my savings on something" anxiety away!

My fiance and I had an amazing experience getting my engagement at the Diamond Vault. We had been shopping around and checked out a couple of chains. I wanted a sparkly, quality diamond on a reasonable budget. We found the style I wanted. A large stone, semi-antique look, surrounded by little diamonds and diamonds on the band. But the prices offered at the chains had too much of a markup- (we consulted Blue Nile for an acceptable range).
Then we found the Diamond Vault. The folks at the Diamond Vault were so helpful. We had three visits before making the final call Each one was relatively low
