Amazing experience. Walked in with two watches, and had them both repaired and less than 10 minutes. Very friendly people, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

I went to Segaloff jewelers yesterday with two Cape Cod bracelets that became pretty tarnished over the years. The man & woman that worked there were so friendly and said they could absolutely polish up my bracelets. They had them done in one day and they look brand new!!! I’m so happy because I had dropped them off at another jeweler about a year ago and it barely made a difference, so this time I did my research and found Segaloff’s. Couldn’t be happier, highly recommend them :)

Update: I just took 4 of my employer’s watches here for new batteries and they did them all in a few minutes. I cannot speak highly enough of this place!

I just took my watch here to have the battery replaced. They did it in 30 seconds and were incredibly friendly. I will definitely be coming back here the next time I need a watch fixed!

I knew nothing about jewelery and Bernie took the time to walk me through everything I was interested in with care and patience. Jewelry can be an intimidating and judgy space, but not at Segaloff's.
Bernie is curious and perceptive. He clocked my taste and intent very quickly, helped me articulate I was looking for and what to keep in mind when shopping.

Bernie was great to work with. The band on a ring cracked and he was very upfront on his ability to fix it, the risks to the stones in it, and offered a fair price. The ring probably has more sentimental value than cash value and he was very understanding and sensitive to that. And the turnaround time was incredibly quick. He fixed the ring and no stones were damaged in the process. I had the opportunity to meet his wife and adorable puppy as well. It is a truly great family business in the community. Highly recommend.

Bernie was so kind, honest, and communicative throughout the whole process of resizing my ring. His work is so precise and clean that you wouldn't even be able to tell that it was resized at all! And that's pretty incredible, since the ring has such a thin band AND it had to be sized down from a 6 to a 4. He was also so careful to protect the pearl that was on it! I am so grateful for his kindness, and would 100% go back in the future for any jewelry needs.

I needed a gift for my nieces baptism and called Segaloff's and the owner, Bernie could not have been any nicer. I gave him my budget and he gave me some wonderful suggestions and even texted me pictures of some potential ideas. The customer experience could not have been any better and I ended up with some beautiful pearls.

So I brought my car key in to have the battery replaced to avoid the hassle of a dealership costly time consuming experience. And because Bernie has been my favorite jeweler for 35 years. I came in originally with my engagement ring because I’d lost enough weight after getting engaged that it was loose on my finger. The reason I chose Segaloff’s was because they did all resizing on the premises - little did I know this meant the turn around time for getting my ring resized would be under 4 hours!! Much faster than other places for sure that were saying a week! I came back again later with my wedding band to be resized and again just as fast and easy to work with. My rings are white gold so I asked about the change in color and was advised to bring my rings in before
