Services
We allow 2 pets max per unit, and only cats and dogs are allowed. There is a $350 non-refundable pet deposit, and pet rent is $25/mo per pet. Restricted dog breeds include: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, or a mix of any of the above.

My apartment had a gap in the front door lock from a previous break in that they never fixed, the mailbox is broken and you can't receive mail here, if you do, anyone can access it and people just go through it. They never fixed that. I've been here over a year. My apartment was broken into today, emergency maintenance never answered or returned any calls, and my balcony door is just wide tf open. And the back door doesn't lock so ANYONE can access the building, we get a lot of homeless people in here in the laundry room. Oh and you'd think they'd wanna be discreet about the back door to the building

Do not stay here!!! The absolute worst. They are extremely under-kept and dirty. The office staff are no where to be found/lack of communication. The same with the maintenance staff. So many issues in the unit that they refuse to fix. The ceiling in the bathroom leaked and they never fixed it. The kitchen was hardly in order. Do not give them your money.

These apartments are nasty, dirty , no maintenance, laundry room always dirty packed with dust dirty clothes everywhere, they would not help with any kind of maintenance. Doors always unlocked and broken, staircases are spotted with stains All they want is the rent money while they raise the rent up after just one month. also way expensive just for they way these apartments look, they only show pictures of one apartment from one building.

Worst place people here love drama. Don’t know how to keep the new ppl out they mouths. It’s unsafe here I literally wasn’t living here for a month at the time and someone tried breaking in my apartment during broad daylight. People here pull the fire alarm just for the fun of it. I’m tired and I got kids I got to take care of. And people have work in the morning.

I am handicapped and have a handicapped access apartment. If I need a light bulb changed, or something that I can't quite seem to handle on my own, the maintenance crew is very helpful to me. The office staff is so so kind and considerate of me. I appreciate all their help and love that they know our name on site. Great people we are dealing with here in this complex. I am happy to be here.
