From my first initial phone call with Leah I was very confident that I would like living at summerhill. She was very professional, informative and genuinely nice and polite. Dan was just as polite and helpful, I could tell they really cared about their residents and their job in general. I have been living at Summerhill for a little less than a year now in a one bedroom apartment and will definitely be renewing my lease. This apartment complex is clean, well managed, and the staff is very pleasant to work with. The staff is always very responsive and considerate when addressing any concerns or issues I may be having. The maintenance staff, especially, does an excellent job and always responds to my requests within 24 hours. The apartment is very animal friendly, has minimal noise and all of my neighbors have been very respectful, which is exactly what I need as a student trying

The management and staff at the office are what made me want to live here and hopefully stay. The quality of the newly renovated apartments is top notch- they are absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The only negative (which may not even be a negative in some people's eyes) is the inconsistency of amenities from apartment home to apartment home and I am currently living in one of the bare bones apartments of the community. I lived at Summerhill for three years. I was in a one bedroom for one year, and a two bedroom for two or those years. The apartments are great and the property management team is always responsive. Some major benefits are you can pay rent and make maintenance request online. The only negative is that the walls are VERY thin. If you have great neighbors, that is not a big deal, but you can't control that, which could be an issue anywhere. On one occasion I had a negative experience with a neighbor, but the team handled it great and I ended up staying another two years. The complex is very animal

Summerhill Estates is by far the best apartment place I've lived at. The maintenance is exceptional and on time. I lived at three apartment places before Summerhill they were all terrible compared to Summerhill Estates. They do events in Summerhill Estates. Their facilities are very well taking care of. And last but not least their staff that works… at Summerhill Estates are the best people you could ever ask for to answer any questions you have. Their staff is extremely cooperative and nice. I highly recommend Summerhill Estates to anyone and if I wasn't moving to another state I would

Great place to live for the value! It was generally pretty quiet, except for my next door neighbors who were constantly getting into really loud fights. Liz in the office was always super nice and very quick to respond to question and complaints I had. I was only there for a year while I finished up my graduate degree, but it was definitely better than the place I came from.
The walls are paper thin, though....that'd be my only complaint. It wasn't very hard to hear things going on in other apartments - things I didn't care to hear!

Moved here from Texas for work. This place was 300 dollars less on rent than any of my other primary candidates, and yet the people here are the most friendly of all the places I checked out. Always a friendly nod or wave from other patrons and apartment employees. People in the front office are the perfect mix of friendly and accommodating. 30 second walk to 24 hour gym and laundry. I don't think I could have gotten luckier.

Live at knob pines in Charlotte, shower was draining slowly, so i called to have maintenance come out asap, he showed up a little after 10:00 in the morning. It was a very good experience. He was very nice and chatted with me while he worked, which I liked. Keith is one of the best maintenance guys I've dealt with. Dude definitely deserves a raise for having to work in dirty apartments and for having to get gross stuff out of drains and such lol.
