Amber Square Townhomes have been a great place to live. Moving from a house, it has plenty of room for all our furniture, including our dining table and 6 chairs. The basement offers lots of storage. Our neighbors have been very friendly, and the staff has been great. It is close to everything (campus, Eastwood Towne Center, downtown Lansing); walking distance to parks and restaurants. The Groesbeck neighborhood offers a great place to walk and run year-round. Very happy with our choice to live here.

After communicating with a representative about moving into town to start a job within two weeks, I was given three options that were available to move in within that time frame. I chose Madison Apartments, one of the many apartment complexes that they manage in that area, and set up a meeting with management the next day to sign the lease. That particular apartment best fit my needs and price range. After driving out from Detroit and arriving at the scheduled meeting time to sign the lease, I was told that they gave away my apartment. I'm very disappointed in the Amber Square team.

Wonderful, quiet neighborhood with friendly and helpful staff. I moved to Lansing not knowing anything about the area and I was helped wonderfully. Maintenance requests were taken care of either that day or the next morning, no questions asked. All the maintenance people were kind, respectful and professional.
The staff in the leasing office cannot be rated high enough. So kind, so helpful and very respectful.
The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the grounds of the apartments are well taken care of.
All in all, this is a great place!

I have been living in a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with Amber Square for almost a year, and I've loved my time here. The maintenance crew has always been fast and extremely helpful with any plumbing issues that have sprung up. The lawn is always in great shape. My apartment itself is extremely spacious along with my bedroom. Most importantly, the leasing department and staff have been extremely courteous and quick to reply to any emails. Overall I give my living experience here a solid 10/10 and came away very impressed. Big thanks to Juli and everyone at Amber Square for making it possible

I love that my townhome is right on Grand River Ave. but doesn't feel like it. I appreciate having hardwood floors, good-sized bedrooms, an extra closet big enough to turn into a mini-office, a basement that is comfortable to work in, and good neighbors. These buildings have history but are well-maintained, and the grounds are well-kept. It feels good to live here.

Really enjoy living at Amber Square Apartments! Any issue has been handled promptly and efficiently by the staff. Apartments are comfortable, clean and affordable.

I love living here! My one-bedroom apartment is very open and well updated, the office staff have been great to work with, and maintenance is always prompt and friendly.
The neighborhood is wonderful, quiet and with easy access to the highway, shopping, restaurants, pretty much everything you'd want to do in the greater Lansing area.
I'm very happy with my decision to move to Amber Square!

My apartment was a two bedroom, one bath. The open floor plan was great and, with the number of windows, it was always bright and sunny. The buildings are older, but I really liked that there were only 8 units in each individual building because it maximized privacy. The neighborhood is fantastic and maintenance was always quick to fix any problems I had. I would have appreciated slightly less pickiness regarding parking, but overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for roominess for one or two people.

We recently moved into the townhome portion of Amber Square. It is a 2BR 1 bath townhouse, and it's great! The unit is in good condition (floors, walls, appliances, etc.). The office staff are great, and the maintenance staff has been very responsive and quick to fix any issues. The neighbors are quiet, and the road noise from Grand River is minimal. We are looking forward to continuing to be residents!
