Lived here for about a year while working for IBM in Lansing. I felt this place was quiet, rent was cheap, and there really wasn't a whole lot to be concerned with. Seemed like a really nice, safe neighborhood for the price. Management responded to requests in a decent timeframe. The only drawback is the building is old so you should expect to have some maintenance requests, and there's just not a lot of parking. At least there are assigned spaces and they're covered. Minus these 2, this would probably be a 5 star place.
