Great place to live, very quiet and respectful neighbors. Maintenance is usually quick to respond to any issues you might have and the apartments themselves are very nice. We will not be renewing our lease only because of a new job and we want to have a shorter commute. For what its worth they did not raise rent on us when we received our lease papers to renew or give notice.

Love, love, love the brand new luxurious apartment at Joan's Farm!
The buildings and garages are beautiful, the apartments are loaded with a new washer and dryer, granite counters, awesome views from balcony! The landscaping is so colorful, there are gazebos that are furnished for entertaining!
The living space goes beyond the apartment, as the grounds are a wonderful place to walk, or sit.
The Joan's Farm Team couldn't be more caring and responsive to any needs!
