There’s a few things I have to say from me and my family’s experience living In this complex the manager acts all diverting In-person but In his e-mail’s he’s very Impertinent
My mother won’t disclose her name paid half for a transfer because housing was welling to help us they agreed to move us downstairs from the second floor but a month later Nate refused because he didn’t want to negotiate with Housing when the money was off by a small amount ( He also refused to give back the money my mom gave him ) which you aren’t supposed to do
It’s absurd we almost ended up on the streets

My Fiance and I were looking for an apartment close to our parents as we are expecting a new baby. We toured the facility and decided to go ahead and fill out the application. We waited a month and half and still have not heard anything. We called weekly asking for updates and they said everything looks good they were waiting for the background checks to come back. Background checks do not take over a month to come back. We figured with COVID ok give them the benefit of the doubt. We were due to move in July and 30 days prior to our move date we still did not hear anything. So

Hello my name is Jeanette Sierra and I moved here when pandemic started. I am currently battling cancer I’m victim of 9/11 and I can honestly tell you that this place has better my health my happiness all the way around the people in the office are so loving Nate Pratt Tenesha Scarlett they are the most amazing people I have met in my life I don’t think I’ll be alive if I didn’t move here because my health was going down and the minute I moved here they just uplifted me I can honestly say I love it here it’s very peaceful clean soothing place

DO NOT RENT HERE.. you will find the property manager of this place is worst person to talk ever.. You will bang your head and leave..
I lived there for more than 3 years and while leaving this place, the property manager made sure not to refund the security deposit and put all kind of non-sense charges in the name of wear and tear.. COMPLETE MONEY SUCKER.
I am not sure if property owners of Tewksbury commands knows about this person that he does not treat customers in a proper way and give everyone hard time..
Hope no one go through the pain like I did.. I just got my final with $0 refund.

I lived this property for 1 years, so many issues. When your rent is late the fix the notice in your door. I know I can’t late my rent, but I had issues about the pandemic, they charged 75$ + 300$. If you need help, the phone never works. They changed people for new staff 2/2 months. I moved out I left the apartment amazing conditions, they charged me 620$.
Well, I moved out one month ago, I didn’t get my deposit back yet. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t send any email or letter when I will have it.

After reading all of the reviews, I decided to go see for myself and still give this community a chance. I scheduled a Wednesday appointment the Saturday before and was told I would receive an email confirmation (did not receive said email). I followed up that morning, letting them know I hadn't received a confirmation, and just wanted to confirm my appointment was on as scheduled. Didn't receive a response to this either, so I showed up for the appointment anyway as it had been scheduled directly through one of the office members and I assumed they hadn't had a chance to send the confirmation
