Ive lived here for about 4 years now and would never think about moving. The area is perfect your right on the bridge near downtown! The view is amazing especially during sunset, whenever I have friends or family over they love the brick walls and compliment the high ceilings! Overall great place really friendly workers and people!

My friends and I recently moved into the Boott Mills in Lowell, MA. We absolutely love it here and could not be happier. The rooms are very spacious and we love the exposed brick on the walls. It is EXCEPTIONALLY clean, which we really appreciate. The kitchen is user friendly with lots of storage and room to cook. We love the open concept with the floor plan. The bathrooms are spacious and work well.
The staff here is super friendly! They welcomed us here right away and made us feel at home. The gym is also very nice and allows room to get a great workout in.

Been living here for 3 years now, have had a great experience overall. It’s a nice and quiet place to live. The management staff and maintenance personnel are responsive, kind, and willing to help. Melissa, in particular, has been super helpful and informative in terms of any issues that come about, answering any questions we’ve had, and checking in to make sure our experience is always great. I would definitely recommend living here.

I had a good experience living at Apartments at Boott Mills for 4 years, mainly because the management (especially Assistant Property Manager Melissa) was very supportive of any issues I had. Melissa brought about a professionalism and transparency to all aspects, raising the standards of service that the management provided to us residents.

We've lived at Boott Mills for over a year and a half now and it has been wonderful. The staff is helpful and attentive, Melissa in the leasing office is amazing and is very prompt, polite, and always willing to solve any issue we've had, no matter how crazy! Meagan is also absolutely wonderful and it's great knowing that they're both there in case of any issues.

I lived here for four years (2015-2019). The apartments are gorgeous and central to downtown Lowell; I regularly walked to shopping, groceries, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff is attentive, communicative, and flexible to your needs. (Due to travel problems, I once had to ask them to take a perishable package into my apartment and unload it into my refrigerator. They did it, no questions asked.)
I recommend The Apartments at Boott Mills so highly that I tried to find a co-worker to take my apartment before I left; I wanted my former home to go to someone I knew would love it.

In the end, my feelings on Boott Mills are really split. It's a safe, decent apartment complex with good apartments. It's also an overpriced complex in a highly inconvenient area for trying to do anything outside of Lowell. You literally feel stuck here, partially due to the location and its disconnect from the area, and partially because of Lowell itself.
Safety: Good! Generally a decent place to live, though you will find the random nips/things in the stairwell at times, but there are lots of families and things so that's nice. Security is pretty good in general, though

I think the boot mills is a great place to live Melissa and the maintenance staff are on top of anything that needs to be taken care of inside and outside of the building. The apartments are really nice. I personally think it's a great place to live and would recommend living here to anyone looking for a nice place to live to try out an apartment at the boot mills

We have lived in the Boott Mills apartment for 4 months and we are thrilled with our experience here. Our apartment is beautiful. It feels like we are living in a luxury hotel loft. The office staff has been incredible, friendly, consistent and very helpful. Maintenance requests have been promptly addressed. Views are stunning and amenities are great. We are so happy we live here!

My husband and I happily live at the Boott Mills, on the first floor. We never have problems with neighbors (occasionally, we know they're there, but nothing more.) Everyone is friendly, there'
has a decent gym, they're really good about maintenance requests. Like "Help, my wife took both sets of keys I need to lock the door to go to work come help me it's 7 am" good.
We absolutely love living here. Parking in the garage across the street is easy and while it's a bit of a pain to walk there in rain or snow, I would so much rather have a guaranteed spot no matter

Positives: Lived on the top floor with a great view of the city. Never heard our neighbors through the walls (except for one Christmas party). Nice, high ceilings. Parked in garage across the street and my car was never broken into or damaged. For negligibly more my car was also cool in the summer and warm(er) in the winter than if it were parked in the lot owned by the apartment building.
Negatives: Parking not right outside the door. Bricks look great, but offer little insulation. Because you pay electric, it's either time to bundle up or blast the heat (and rack up a bill) in the winter

It's got it's good, and bad... but I would move back in a heartbeat.
Please, allow me to explain them both, in no particular order (actually mixed a bit, shaken - not stirred):
I lived in the Apartments at Boott Mills for 2 years, most of which was with a roommate. I (err... we) had a nice 2 bed + den and 2.5 bath apartment... it was HUGE (1700+ sq feet). Before excepting that one I looked at 2 other apartments/floor plans in the building, and all were great. The normal 2 bed/2 bath was nice, but with most of the apartments the living room and dining room are combined into one large
