Do not listen to past, negative reviews! The unit(s) are kept in pristine condition, as maintenance goes above and beyond to ensure that all tenants move into beautiful, CLEAN (!!!!) units to call home. The unit smelled of freshly painted walls, shampooed carpets, and the toilet had a brand new seat (covered in the original wrapping). I am particularly neurotic when it comes to cleaning, and so I was shocked to have found no dust or dirt when wiping surfaces down.

A wonderful place to live, mostly. the location is fantastic and our landlord (angela) is a delight. most of the maintenance folk are also quite friendly. HOWEVER, the A/C only runs from june to august, and that simply isn't practical when you have a 6 story mill building with giant windows. you WILL need a fan running nearly constantly, especially so on sunny days. also, plan on doing your laundry elsewhere; the machines do a subpar job and now cost $2 a load! i recommend laundromax. the pool and gym are nice bonuses. but if you have any type of issues such as poor circulation, raynauds phenomenon

Didn’t have time before to write a proper review so here it is. Massachusetts Mills apartments are in a prime location, downtown Lowell. Within walking distance of stores, food, coffee, hospital, churches if that’s your thing, Located right next to Kerouac park. The apartment I was in was huge. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, big front room and living room with very high ceilings and plenty of sunlight. Staff was nice and did their job. Maintenance was pretty good considering the pandemic they worked with us to be safe. The building was really quiet for so many units. Plenty of parking for residents

I've lived here 4-5 months now, and so far my experience has been very positive! I live in the newly renovated "Mass 3" building. Heating and AC have functioned as expected, and I've not had any issues with internet service here either. We expected our apartment to have ethernet ports internet-ready, and when they weren't set up, a quick email to management got the situation taken care of. I haven't seen a single bug so far, except a wasp which hung out around our window once during the summer. The walls to the neighboring aren't terribly soundproof, but it seems pretty standard fare. I’ve lived here for over 2 years, and it’s been quiet and uneventful, just the way I like it! Angela (she manages the building) has been so helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff, especially Andy, responds quickly and I’ve never had to wait more than a couple days to get something (no matter how small) fixed. If you’re polite and respectful, you get so much more in return. I recently moved from a one bedroom to a 2, and had a package sent to the previous address, it ended up getting delivered to the mailboxes in the building I moved out of and I couldn’t find it anywhere. Mass Mills cares about their tenants. The property manager, Angela, works very hard to make sure we are taken care of. She is always willing to go out of her way and do favors for us regarding parking passes, maintenance work, and everything we ask. The apartment itself is clean and in a great location. Everyone minds their own business and this apartment is so easy to make home and be cozy in. The location is amazing and the building can offer some great views. I give this apartment 5/5 for location, cleanliness, and staff. Awesome place to live!

I have to say I’ve read some of these reviews and I think they quite ludicrous! This place is far from a scam it’s very well run and nicely maintained. I have lived in many apartments but have never called any of them home like I have here. I lived here for six years now and have never had an issue with anybody at the leasing office or on the maintenance staff. My Daughter Is five and when she was old enough to talk up until this day every time she sees Ginny she yells her name in runs and hugs her. Everybody here is soo friendly and professional . If there’s ever an issue maintenance takes

Massachusetts Mills is excellent place to lived. I been here for 10 years . If you got problems with your apartment you need to report it to the manager so they can do a work order in. Maintenance personal is very excellent and work very hard. And I seen Jim and Jenny working with the maintenance personnel to go through all apartment. They all goes beyond they duty. Yes residents got 1 parking space and visitors need to park at the garage. Because there not enough parking spot. If you see something say something which seem out of place. Bldg is very safe if residents DON'T LET ANYONE IN WHO YOU

I looked at (visited) about 15 apartments while apartment searching, probably considered about 3 of them but took a few days to think about it, only to decide they were not the ones for me. Completely hopeless I visited one last apartment Mass mills, I toured it the same day and immediately put a deposit down! I have been loving here about 3 months now and couldn't be more happy with my decision! The apartments are beautiful and extremely spacious, the location is a bonus and the whole building has so much character! For this review I'll be giving the so called "luxury" Massmills Apartments a zero star rating. I am currently living here and I honestly have to say that my stay here has been less than pleasurable. There is nothing really "luxurious" about this place. To start things off when I first moved here it took them forever to work on the a/c and I'm sure most of us living in this dump noticed that as we were all basting in our own sweat.
