As a general rule I prefer to select a business based on a referral. When I decided to sell the residential property in Ventura, I asked a family member familiar with local realtors. We recently sold our rental in Ventura. I don’t normally give reviews, but I want to say I was very impressed with Chris Chin. Buying or selling real estate can be quite stressful, but Chris made it easy. He is highly professional and knowledgeable.
