If your vehicle was impounded within the last 24 hours, please allow $275 to $375 or more to pick it up during business hours. After the hours of 5pm to 8am Monday to Friday or any holiday, there is an additional after hours release fee of $100 over and above the hourly impound and daily storage fees.

We recently were in the need of emergency battery and towing assistance for my mother’s car and Liberty Towing came to our rescue. The receptionist was awesome in determining the type of assistance needed and was a delight to work with.
Joey arrived even earlier than expected and was awesome to work with as well! He offered several less expensive options to remedy our car problem but ultimately ended up towing my moms car to the dealer on a Sunday afternoon. He took total care of dropping off the car and leaving the keys in the drop box and then sending me a confirming picture of Mom&rsquo

I had to have my car towed for the first time in my life and my driver, Stephen, was one of the nicest, most generous people I have met. I was extremely shaken after my car accident and he was nothing but reassuring and comforting. He offered to drive me to my last day of work and did so, even after we accidentally went the wrong way! He was so kind and I would 100% recommend this company. Even the woman who answered the phone was kind and helpful.

In all my 10 years of driving, I have never locked my keys into my car. Until now. I called USAA and they told me the person would be there in an hour. It only took 45 minutes which is hell of a lot better than an hour (especially since I was on JBLM). I believe the guys name was Jeremy. He was quick, efficient, and got me into my Audi without causing any damage. He was also reassuring that I'm not the biggest idiot in the world because it sure felt like it. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would highly recommend.

If I could give 100 stars I would!! Our truck actually sank like the entire front passenger tire fell into a sinkhole. Stephen C. Showed up to help and oh my did he ever! The truck needed to be jacked up and blocks put under it. He is an amazing wealth of knowledge and was able to get our truck out and going!!! THANK YOU

From the time I called to when Joey arrived everything was polite & quick. They gave me a estimated time of 30 mins & arrived in under that! I had a flat tire & no spare. He arrived with a kind and funny personality to lighten the mood. I was going to have to towed from Tacoma to Roy & Joey suggested to tow it to a tire place instead so it would save me money which was very helpful & I was grateful. I highly recommend Liberty Towing.

First I must say, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you are in need of any roadside assistance. You call them and they do not even know how to answer the phone properly like it is your job to ask whats company's name and who they are. They don't give you a courtesy call to let you know that they were going to be late. Manager is super rude and screaming on the phone. You are not allowed to ask questions or explain yourself. I say, you LAKEWOOD TOWING instead. Very good people and courteous enough to give you a call to let you know they are on their way...

Joey is the absolute best. Got a flat at night in a bad part of town all alone and was really scared. I spoke to him on the phone and he said, "Don't worry I'll be right there." Joey got to my location within 15 minutes. Unreal. He was professional, and took so much care with my car. He treated it as if it were his own. I would recommend Liberty and Joey specifically to anyone looking for an emergency tow!

It's nice to know when your mechanic tells you that they don't deal with any other shop than Liberty Towing, that it is going to make you feel good about the experience.
All worries about how long it would take and how much it would be were alleviated almost from the get go.
I spoke with Linda in dispatch who was nice, friendly and communicated to me what to expect.
Then I was greeted by a very friendly driver named Joey. He put me in the air conditioned (and clean) cab while he did all the work getting my car hooked and loaded up.
I was able to enjoy a friendly conversation with him
