Rise Above T1D is a 6-week interactive yoga therapy program for people with type 1 diabetes and LADA. It combines yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, and yoga nidra, with Ayurveda, yoga philosophy, psychology, and neuroscience into a stream-lined and innovative program to transform, empower and heal.
