Inferno Hot Pilates is an extremely challenging full-body high intensity interval training workout using Pilates principles to trim and tone the buns, abs, upper body, and legs. All levels are welcome to this hatha yoga class consisting of 26 static postures and two breathing exercises. Room temperature of 105° F for 60 or 90 minutes.
Yoga is not a workout, it's "work-in." During a regular yoga practice, you will work every system of the body: skeletal, muscular, digestive, circulatory, lymphatic, respiratory, endocrine, reproductive, nervous, reproductive, and cardiovascular.
Each yoga class offers a series of asanas (yoga postures) designed to cleanse and detoxify, to compress vital organs and manipulate blood flow to flush out unwanted toxins and to prevent clogging and blockages that can lead to disease. What you see on the outside-a lean, strong body-is merely a byproduct of what you get on the inside.

Please keep your mat and towel clean. You are sweating out toxins so it is really important to wash your towels in hot water and spray your mat after each class. Please do not bring Breathe Mats (mats with the towel sewn in) into our studio. These mats tend to retain mildew even after they are washed.

Let’s start with the good. The sweat was amazing as was the general instruction, and there’s a nice space to shower after class is over.
The not so good. The vibe is very cliquish between both the regulars and the instructor. I was moved in the middle of class for not being “good enough” I have a bum ankle so I could perform all the movements. She then went on to talk about her pet peeves students do and how if we were in LA you would get yelled at. Well, we’re not in LA and a lot of people come here on vacation, and are looking for a relaxing yoga session. Not welcoming to drop ins

I dropped in for a hot vinyasa flow with Mike while in town on a ski trip and he blew my mind. He set a quick pack with excellent flow and it was just what I needed after a day of travel! The owner, Jamie, was kind and generous to my SO and I, answering our numerous questions about their operation and ensuring our every need was met.
I highly recommend Arjuna and Mike to anyone looking for an intense, well-curated vinyasa flow.
Showers, changing room, and rental mats/ towels available with drop in rate.

I just took a class yesterday while in town to ski. My opinions are as follows:
Jaime's class is an orthopedic surgeon's dream. Long static poses, including deep knee and back bends, with little regard for the strain it causes on the ligaments and spine, dominate his class. In my opinion, his class is typical of yoga instructors with little or no training in physiology, bio-mechanics, etc. In short, his classes are injuries waiting to happen.
Furthermore, the small room was over-packed, with mats overlapping, little room for full poses without constantly re-positioning on your mat, and coughing

I am from out of town and decided to do a drop in class . I am a professional dancer and have been dealing with some chronic pain . I thought I'd try Arjuna Yoga to help with my blood circulation and inflammation . The class was a nice class taught by Marlon , but I did not appreciate her drill sergeant teaching nor did I appreciate her comments about it " not being a 24 hour fitness " when I needed come down into child's pose because I was starting to strain and tense in some areas that I don't need to be irritating as a dancer. She also called those who had to come out of poses " distractions

I had such a negative experience at this studio, I’m in disbelief that Marlon is still a paid instructor. I had just arrived in Aspen an hour prior to her hot Pilates class, something I made sure to tell her before class began as exercising at a high elevation can be difficult when coming from sea level and I wanted her to be aware of my situation. Near the end of class I felt that I needed to slow down so I relaxed onto my mat and focused on my breathing. There was one other girl that also laid down, about 30 seconds later Marlon KICKED US OUT OF CLASS stating that if we were laying down we

I'm in town for a couple days, and took Christine's hot yoga class, which was wonderful. She deserves five stars. Unfortunately, her wonderful class was overshadowed by the instructor the following morning. I came to the studio for Marlon's 9:30am class. She showed up 5 minutes before class was supposed to start, and she had forgotten her key. She turned about 10 of us away with an "Oops, we can't have class today!" It was incredibly unprofessional and a huge disappointment to those of us planning on a hot yoga sweat sesh.

I'm going to try and keep this as objective as possible, but Caroline's (the Owner) Class was hands down the most negative experience and disrespectful teacher I have ever had the displeasure of practicing with. I would advise going just about anywhere else.
Here's my experience with Caroline at Arjuna Yoga:
The music in the class while not overly loud, was easily loud enough to overpower Caroline's voice and her instruction was very unclear and hard to hear.
Unlike most yoga instructors, bikram and otherwise, Caroline did not instruct, instead she just practiced with us and mumbled along the
