The vimana program is designed to teach us the fundamentals Of yoga; while being a platform for your continUed sucess on and off the mat. Sweat strengthen and do MOre for your health and well being as we explore the possibilities of a regular practice. The Vimana House yoga studio is located on the roaring Fork River in Basalt, Colorado.

This boutique studio offers six styles of hot yoga seven days a week. With a variety of classes you can challenge yourself with Vimana Flow, taking it back to the basics with Beginning Vimana which is our Hatha- Flow Class. Go deep in our Yin meditation style classes, or Stretch it out with a more active approach to relaxation.
Services
This book will be your in-depth guide to five styles of practice, ranging from Yin classes to dynamic vinyasa flow fitness based classes. With over 120 full-color photo pages and full length sequences the authors illustrate and provide detailed instructions teaching you how to build and get the most out of your practice.
For those of you that need more plyometrics, and to shake it out. Buddhi yoga also helps to develop buddhi and unites the mind with the higher Consciousness. Developing the spiritual mind, refining consciousness and succeeding in merging with primordial Consciousness are the directions of Buddhi yoga.
You can expect regular workshops on the schedule at The Vimana House. It is so important to step away from the routine of your practice and dissect the postures in between. The workshops we will offer throughout the year are; Inversions, Posture Clinic, Stretch 101 - Yang/Yin, Synergy, Anatomy, Guest teachers, Nidra, and so much more.
The Vimana House is all about joining forces, and tapping into our local and global communities. This will be workshops where The Vimana House brings in talented individuals to the studio. Or opportunities for you to join; Lead With Love, Shakti Society's Whiteboard, Aspen Yoga Society, Ski Japan, and Wind Walkers to name a few.

Don't even think of going anywhere else in the Roaring Fork Valley. This is a small, intimate, hot yoga studio led by Emily Longfellow, a spectacular teacher and great person. You can't go wrong hereā€”even if, like me, you started off stiff as a board.
