Worst apartment complex in Decatur. Maintenance does nothing but sit in their cars on the property. One of the maintenance personnel is no longer with the company but lives on the property. That makes me feel very unsafe since I’m a women and he has been in my home already. They have bugs and rodents. There are no amenities either

I moved into these apartments three weeks ago and I already regret it.
There are gaps in between the balcony doors and on the bottom of them. I had to weather strip the bottom myself.
They have a sign saying apartments have been renovated, but there is a big patch missing from underneath my dishwasher.
And the bugs, OH MY GAWD, the bugs.
There is trim missing in my living room, kitchen and bathroom. Where the trim is missing behind fridge, I have seen roaches running into the one-inch gap between the floor and the wall. They also run into the patch under my dishwasher. And they were casually

I lived in these apartments exactly a year Aug2017-July2018. I have mixed feelings about this complex. First at the time of move in the manager Ms.Mcnally was great, helpful, and professional. Once she left the company however it went down hill as of this date the office doesn’t have a permanent staff however the people there now are very friendly and helpful. There’s no play ground, fitness center and the laundry facilities are sub par it’s locked most of the time due to a break in and needing repair so if you don’t have a car or your own washing machine I don’t kn. It’s kinda close

I have been here for 9 months and I am so ready to go. The place is not actually removated with new appliances. They just painted over everything including the bath tub. The only new appliance I received was the hood to the stove. Maintenance is beyond terrible. One day I got locked out of my apartment due to a loose screw in the door. I sat outside for over 3 hours waiting for on call maintenance. I had to call him over 4 times for him to actually come help after ignoring a few of my calls. I put in a request over 3 months ago and they still have not came to fix the problem. The dumpsters are
