Adding a review for the maintenance team at Anthem House.
We recently had an issue with the dryer in our unit (loud noise, burning rubber smell, ever wet clothes). Steve from the maintenance team worked his magic and, like a surgeon, took our dryer apart, found the issue and had us back up and running again in just a handful of hours. Fast, efficient and friendly!

Earlier this year I met my fiancé in Maryland. I am from New Jersey and my hunny is from Baltimore. I was originally hesitant about moving until I came to visit Anthem House. The lobby is beautiful and the staff are friendly. There is a resturant/bar downstairs with the nicest owner who has even taken us out on his boat! The bartender Tyler is also personable and he always makes Ravens Sunday games a great time. I have felt very welcomed by the Baltimorians (lol) and I enjoy the views of the harbor from our apartment. My parents come to visit and stay in the guest suite. The suite is very convenient

Hello all! Now that I'm settled in, I can express my experience. First let me start off by saying I absolutely love the area!!! Everything you need is nearby(walking distance) and if not, the highway is 5mins away, and I have a awesome view(looking at the river, btw I attached a photo from my balcony)! I feel safe, it's pretty secure, and the residents seems to be working and family oriented. Don't get me wrong, it's a trendy community as well! The application process was a bit different due to this pandemic, everything was online and the tour was virtual. But the transactions were smooth, thanks

I have lived in Anthem for the past three years and I can say that I've really enjoyed my time here. The amenities are great, amazing location (ie., walking distance) to bars and restaurants, and great views of the harbor. Also, I will say that Bonnie at the front desk is AMAZING! She is incredibly kind and personable. She's the type of person that takes the time to remember your name, not just your apartment number.

My wife and I have been residents at Anthem House now for just over a month and there’s not much I can say beyond everyone’s else’s glowing reviews here. We absolutely love the location and the complex itself. We have lived in a number of sizable cities (Columbus, Kansas City, St Louis) but Baltimore and especially Anthem House have blown out previous experiences out of the water.
The entirety of the concierge staff have been tremendous and my wife and I want to especially thank Bonnie and Monica - they’ve made the move and the daily life here so easy and enjoyable, and they always manage

My girlfriend and I moved into Anthem House in mid August and have been nothing but pleased with the decision.The amenities have been great as expected but the staff has really gone above and beyond expectations. A couple examples are:
1. Monica, who works part time at the concierge desk, made sure that we had a garage parking ticket voided by working with the parking enforcement company on my behalf. We had some confusion on getting set up within the app and she did what she could so that we could avoid paying a fine within the first couple days of moving in.

Their facilities are excellent, but the new manager is incompetent. I was granted by Alexis to leave without any liabilities, but she ends up making false claims. In terms of maintenance, if you're not a dog owner or allergic, you'll probably find Anthem uncomfortable (dogs hair and pee everywhere even in the prohibited lawn areas). In terms of safety, the place next to us got robbed (photo attached), and nobody from Anthem gave us any explanation (the place is no safe at all, it's connected to a restaurant and a lot of people can enter to the residential area).

Anthem House has been home for the last 2.5 years. During the day, I am always greeted by the most amazing Property Manager/concierge I know, Bonnie S. She's makes sure we have whatever we need. From a friendly chat to packages, drycleaning pick-up and information on a local restaurant or other business. We love living here. Walk out the front door to so many great restaurants, bars, grocery, personal care and just everything. If I don't have to go to my office, my car doesn't move. I highly recommend Anthem House! As far as Leasing, speak to Alexis, she's great and will help you find the perfect

I've lived in Anthem House for almost three years and still feel like it's too good to be true. The location is great - there are many walkable restaurants, bars, and shops as well as running routes and a nearby park. It's a quick walk or ride to one of two local grocery stores and just minutes from i95.
The building is super modern and has been well-maintained while I've been here. The amenities really make this place. The concierge has been the same person since I moved in and she is just wonderful - super friendly and on top of all of your package/dog walker/delivery needs

I have lived at Anthem House for a year and it has been nothing but a lovely experience. Moving to Baltimore from NC, I wanted a place that was safe, clean, and offered fun community activities. I splurged for a harbor view studio and never regretted it for one second! The peace of coming home to a safe garage, nice neighbors, and the beautiful view gave me comfort in a new city. Photos from my apartment, and one from WFH on a snow day on the 4th floor. Great place to live!

As an previous leasing agent, I know how it is to be behind the scenes of a property management company. Buzzuto definitely brought Charm to Charm City with this property. The leasing staff are so friendly and so is the concierge.
Everything about this place from the Art Work to the fitness center to the pool screams Modern Chic. Not to mention they are pet friendly which is why I am here in the first place, For the Pets! The apartments are very spacious and they have a lot of layouts to choose from. I show this place lots of love because that's exactly what they show me each and every day
