It’s obvious the rental company doesn’t feel responsible for the trash left out on the streets 2/3 days before trash without cans. Animals are tearing the bags up and spreading it into the street. This is the responsibility of the rental company and they need to provide dumpsters for there tenants. Makes our community look like trash. Now calls are being made to the elected officials.

I lived at The Grove 2/16-2/17. In the model which happen to bet the leasing office until they moved behind me. It was the best place I’ve ever lived . Rita was sooo sweet and really helpful , maintenance got things done really quickly. The area was quiet and I felt really safe living alone. I only left because I moved back home to Atlanta , because my job changed . I wish I could take this townhome and move it to Atlanta. Very fond memories of my time In MD .

AWESOME!!! I moved here 6/2016 and just moved out 6/2018. I didn't want to leave. We really had a great stay at the Grove. Rita in the office is so wonderful, she's pleasant and really just a good person. If we had needs for things to get fixed or even late on our rent she would work with us. Repairs are fast and done right. If you are looking for a nice, quiet, clean, and beautifully landscaped home, look no further. I'll miss the Grove Townhomes. Thank you again Ms. Rita for being so kind to my family.

I've lived here for 6 years and I'm finally departing due to needing more space because my family has out grown our home. The grove has been great to me and my family. We are gonna stay in the area but we just simply need more space I have 3 kids and they can no longer share rooms. Thanks to the grove management for everything!!

I lived here two years. Just moved out 6/2018. This was my favorite place I've ever lived. Mrs. Rita is so nice and such a pleasure to work with. She made our stay wonderful. Anytime we had questions or just… needed her for any reason she went above and beyond to make everything good. Repairs would be fixed same day! Mrs Rita thank you so much. I truly wish I could've stayed forever. The property was always taken care of and no trash in the parking lots. The grass was cut always and overall just a wonderful place to live.

I have been at The Grove for a year. I just signed a new lease as I am so pleased with this property. I was a tenant when the old management company was here and I thought that the transition would be a nightmare, but it wasn't.
I was quite impressed with how Rita (property manager) made the transition easy. She walks the community everyday and when there is an issue she works to resolve it quickly. Rita is very knowledgeable about the property and helpful to all of the residents. She even planned a fun community day for the residents!

Just moved in! So far so good. The area is quiet and well kept. Ms. Danielle in the rental office is very nice and helpful. I really enjoyed meeting her. I think I will like living here.
Update!! 8/24/2016 Love it here. I had a few minor issues and the same day they would come out a fix it immediately. I had a door problem with the fridge and he came out fixed it but I still got a brand new fridge the next week. Shocked and surprised. I've never enjoyed a home as much as I do here.
The neighbors are quiet and to themselves. No drama or noise. I love it! Happy to be living here. I recommend this
