I lived in this apartment complex for two years, so I'm speaking from experience. I would highly recommend not moving here. The level of the unprofessionalism of not responding to maintenance calls, water bugs, ants & roaches, and most importantly, MOLD! The vacant unit upstairs from my storage unit had plumbing issues, which leaked in my storage and caused significant damage to my personal property (see pics). I only remained for two years due to Covid, or I would've left after the first year.

Our experience here was horrendous. Our dogs were attacked on their leashes multiple times by dogs that were not. It was reported both times, and nothing happened. Our AC broke 4 times last summer. They left us without AC for more than two weeks one of those times. The heat broke at least 3 times over the winter. I worked night shift with COVID, and they scheduled remodeling of the apartments during the day. My husband and I let it happen for the allotted amount of time, but workers were entering our home after 7 pm without knocking to “retrieve tools.” We tried to speak to the property manager

I have been at this residence for less than 6 months. I had to have the unit sprayed for bugs 4 times within the first 3 weeks of living there. My washing machine has broken twice. My dishwasher doesn't work well. The carpet is coming up in certain areas. I have had 2 massive ceiling leaks that ruined my personal property and because the items damaged did not equate to my insurance deductible, I had to take a loss. This "gated" community constantly has issues with the gate being broken. The exit gate stays open all of the time so anyone can just come in without a code. My tubs, sinks, and toilets

I rented an apartment here sight unseen and worked with Kiersten - she was amazing! The process was smooth and I had an apartment within a day. I relocated for work and was supposed to stay in corporate housing for a couple of weeks. It wasn’t ideal with 2 dogs and on her day off, Kiersten got me into a different apartment and I picked up my keys the next day. There were a couple small maintenance items at move in - however, one was the AC/furnace it was out of their control. Everything was corrected within a couple of days.

We just received our keys I’m filled with excitement. Daejha and Christina were extremely helpful and super friendly. The even handled my 7 thousand questions and phone calls extremely well and with amazing patience. The property is beautiful and my family and I are so excited to start calling it home!! I’m super excited to use the dog wash station and the dog park with my pup! I will definitely refer anyone looking for a new apartment to Tapestry Park!!

I was one of the first people to move into these apartments in early 2011 when they first opened. At first the ladies in the office seemed very nice and helpful....that is until you move in. Once you move in don't expect ANY help or sympathy from them. Mind you I lived there from Jan 2011-late 2012, so hopefully they have changed staff by now. Long story short the apartments were nice but overpriced in my opinion. I had a one bedroom on the third floor. I didn't really have any complaints about the apartment itself for the most part except some loud neighbors which I complained about several times

I hardly write reviews but I saw that this apartment currently has only 3.2 star rating which in my mind is not accurate nor right.
This apartment complex itself is very nice and very reasonable for the square footage however what really makes this place awesome is the staff. The people at the front desk are polite, kind, and always so helpful even in aspect that do not pertain to the apartment complex. The maintance workers are nice, professional individuals that do good work in a timely manner especially compared to other buildings which take weeks to get maintaince to show up for repairs. I

It is time for my daughter to leave the nest and I scheduled a tour with Kiersten. She was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable which is very important when you are considering your child moving into someone else’s hands. The grounds were well cared for and the idea of a gated community was assuring. The pool and grounds area was well kept. I greatly recommend Tapestry Park Apartments.

I have lived in this apartment complex for 2 months now and I can honestly say it the best place I have lived thus far. The staff is friendly, maintenance issues are handled quickly, many amenities, and it is a quiet and convenient community. Could see myself living here until I am ready to purchase my own home. Love Tapestry Park!
