We fell in love with a house. It needed some upgrades, but didn't look like anything out of the ordinary. Mitch spent nearly 4 hours covering every inch outside, inside and underneath. We were shocked to learn the results. Multiple major issues including a failing roof, galvanized pipes leaking in the crawlspace, an electrical panel needing replacing, multiple electrical issues, and several cut trusses in the attic. We ended up walking away from the deal, and thank Mitch for saving us from a money pit. He is now part of our home search team.

I was very interested in purchasing a property and Mitch did an incredible job inspecting the property and informing me of any areas of concern, He was thorough and explained things very clearly. We found Mitch via a pre-listing inspection on a property. We loved how thorough and easy to interpret Mitch's inspection report was (and his reviews everywhere were stellar). I reached out to Mitch via his website and got a response very quickly. At the inspection, Mitch explained what he was going to do ahead of time and how he was going to do it. He got right to work and we tagged along for a bit. We didn't want to hover, so we didn't follow him around everywhere.
