My name is Daniel Previlon. I resided at 20721 NW 17th Ave Apt 102 at Cedars Grove Apts in Miami Gardens Florida with My Mother and Son.
I was informed by the property manager Diane Lysius that we had to Move out of the Unit before December, because Renovation was going to take place in the entire Facility. Diana informed me that I wont be charged any lease termination fees or anything because of the Owners Decision to Renovate the Property. Now that I have Moved Out, Cedars Grove sent me a Bill for $ 6,900 for early Lease Termination and Mold in Mildew throughout the Unit Walls. Management was

My experience with the place have been rocky. The management is the worst thing ever. Cindy try very hard to make it better and the only other pleasant person is the new office assistant/receptionist. Diana is the worst person in the office because she want to be the boss but not the boss. She does things her way like under the table kind of stuff for people she friends with but anyone else she is rude and disrespectful to them from tenants to the staff. They Do Not I repeat Do Not fix anything in your place until months later. Once they do come some of the maintenance men doesn’t do a good job
