Holly Ridge Apartments are thieves. Their Management is poor. They currently have a case pending at another Elon Property where black mold killed a tenant. This property is no better, its overrun by termites. They care less about their residents. I was given a $787 dollar fee despite the fact that they knew I was dissatisfied with the complex and had all intentions of vacating. My next step is to contact an attorney, because I'd much rather pay an attorney then to pay the fee. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE. You will regret it.
