I visited Dr. Littzi’s office for a routine eye exam. When I arrived at the office, I was told the doctor was out of network with all vision insurance, so I asked if I could pay for the visit upfront and out of pocket. This was a $300+ expense, and I was told at the time that the office would not bill my medical insurance, so I paid upfront. Months later, I received another bill for $350+ for the medical portion of the billing because they ended up filing the claim with my medical insurance, which they confirmed THEY WOULD NOT DO because I had already paid out of pocket. I ended up having to

Dr Jacqueline Littzi is a first class ophthalmologist . I want to push back on all these complaints about the $50 cancellation charge . This is a Zoc Doc charge not a charge from the doctor.. Zoc Doc charges $50 and if I dont show up, that comes out of the doctor's pocket I booked my appointment through Zoc Doc and unfortunately had to cancel my appointment. The assistant explained the charge and allowed me to rebook for a future date and the charge is waived. All you have to do is reschedule and there is NO CHARGE. If you think you might cancel, dont book thru Zoc Doc, call the office directly

They had the nerve to tell me that I have to pay 50 dollars bc I decided to no longer get serviced. They didn’t take my vision care card, which I thought they would seeing how they take my medical insurance plan. So I decided Id rather not have a crazy bill so I decided not to get serviced. They then tried to tell me zocdoc made a policy to charge anyone who cancels less than 24 hours, however I made the appointment in less than 24 hrs and no where on zocdoc is that disclaimer stated. They also had tons of slots open so I’m sure I didn’t take any inconvenient slots. Especially since I wasn’t

As a patient of Dr. Littzi's for more than two decades, I highly recommend her practice. Dr. Littzi is an expert physician, she's honest and trustworthy, provides the highest standard of ophthalmic care, is extremely thorough and will spend as much time as needed to answer your questions and explain procedures in a clear and professional manner. She has even made herself available for questions after an appointment. She definitely goes above and beyond. During my last visit I had questions about an eye problem my daughter was experiencing and though she's not a patient (lives in another state)

Dr Littzi has treated my mother's glaucoma for the past three years through eye drops and surgery on both eyes. She has always been very thorough and detailed in her follow-up, as well as helped us through the various insurance paperwork to get prescriptions authorized when needed. Her office staff is responsive to our calls and emails as well! Sometimes the wait can be long in the office when she is busy, but I guess that is a good sign of a doctor taking the time needed with patients.

I went in for a 15 minute check on my eye to ensure I didn’t have an infection. They said the bill would be $65, I paid it...literally one week goes by and they are throwing a $400 bill at me. You cannot trust this office, each employee operates the same and will screw you over. It’s better to go to a clinic in Walmart than to go here. Trust me, do not go here...!! I have three insurance carriers and they have received money from all of them and still are charging me $465 for a 15 minute visit, outrageous!

She made me comfortable with the entire process and she delivered outstanding results. I have 20/20 vision for the first time in 54 years. I recommend Dr Littzi without reservation.

Not trying to trash the good doctor at all because medically speaking she seems fine - she did a routine type operation years back which turned out quite fine, and other routine exams etc. were satisfactory for sure. She runs a really bad office. There for a recent appointment waited easy 20 minutes beforeI I was even be acknowledged. Then I was told (actually I had to ask) that it would be around another hour of so. No sense of regret or apology, totally dismissive and arrogant. We all get how doctor's get backed up, but really!!! Looking for a new doctor.
