I’m so annoyed!! I have been giving yearly business to this location for a long time!! I spend big money on my and my daughters eyewear and contacts!! We love the women who handles us normally but these days it’s just going down hill fast!! The young man who is either the owners son or the new owner is of no help when it comes to the integrity of this family business. Today I received a knock off of the Dolce and Gabbana glasses that I purchased .. they didn’t even try to hide the slick crazy behavior because they sent these $600 glasses completely in a Versace box and case that is old as

Got a pair of glasses from here about a year ago and spent $600. Regardless of the time spent here they still didn't get my prescription correct. I have to lift my glasses up every time I work on the computer because they didn't get the progressive correct. I decided to order a pair of glasses online and went in to the store today to get the measurements they used to make sure this mistake doesn't happen again and they refused to give me the measurements claiming he legally couldn't give me the measurements. I believe they are very unprofessional. The gentleman that was dealing with me had used the wrong birthday which caused almost a 1/2 an hour of my lunch break. Strongly think he might have been under the Influence. No one knew any of the policies or proper discounts.. Eye Doctor was friendly but I will not come back after I pick my glasses up

I've been coming to this location since 2009. I've referred several friends, family and coworkers to this location because they have quick and efficient service. However my last visit has been anything but what I expected. I visited on a Monday to get both glasses and contacts. I asked how long it would take the reply was a couple of days. Friday I hadn't heard from them I called them the woman who answered her name is Lisa asked for my phone number and said she would call me right back with a status update. I am surprised about low rating for this store on Yelp. In my opinion it is the best place in White Plains to buy a glasses. I had pretty bad experience in another stores in White Plains and this place was wonderful. They has a large sample of frames with different prices. We are free to try everything in our time. The attendant is polite and patient. She try understand our needs, not try force us buy more expensive things like in another stores that I have been here. The doctor is so careful and patient too. He did perfectly my prescription. I chose a not expensive frame. It was few months ago
