This company wins the title for "Worst mortgage company in the world". I've been working with this company to get my loan refinanced and these people have just been dragging their feet. GIVING EXCUSES AFTER EXCUSES as to why it hasn't closed yet. It's been a 3 month long journey with no end in sight.
Communication = NONE. No one will give an update on what the current status is..nor do I get detailed information about what to expect next. I have to constantly seek for more information to get an idea of whats happening. Weeks will go by without any updates or communication
