In 2004, Troy opened his first vacation rental in San Diego offering superior accommodations at affordable prices. As the business expanded, Troy started to look outside San Diego for opportunities and, though he had always loved Maui for its natural beauty, surfing, restaurants and nightlife, he began to consider it from an investor's perspective.

The Lahaina Gate House is a very special place featuring a four-bedroom single family home with large underground blue tile swimming pool, surrounded by a privacy wall, and electric gate with lush, tropical landscape on an 11,060 sq ft lot. With 5 beds, a futon and sofa sleeper, this 2,500 square foot home sleeps up to 10 guests; 8 adults and 2 children under age 2.
The house, yard and pool made it so convenient to have the whole family. Front Street, the beach and the boat harbor are all just a short walk so each of us could find the perfect activity whenever we wished. Thank you very much and everyone is already talking about when we can return. The house is very well equipped and immaculately maintained.
