Please reschedule your appointment if you have a fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose. Social distancing is required. When arriving, please wait at the front desk to check in. Please refrain from bringing friends or family with you to your appointment with the exception of a caregiver or guardian, this helps with overcrowding in the office.

We also have a portal that allows completion of all forms online. Curbside/front door pickup of glasses, contacts, or eye supplements is available for those that don't want to enter the office. We ask that you make an appointment to pick up your glasses to limit the amount of people in the office. We encourage that contact lens orders be shipped to your home to again limit the amount of people in the office.
