Dr. Raymond Gurney established Livermore Optometry Group in 1947 as a small office dedicated to serving the vision needs of local families. Since its inception, LOG has been an active participant in the community as well as a leader in quality eye care.
Dr. Ronald Emrich joined the practice in 1967 followed by Dr. Clark Abramson, Dr. Teresa Yim, Dr. Steven Faith, Dr. Shawna Kuntz, Dr. Andrea Melendez, Dr. Melanie Mason, Dr. Pamela Jetter and Dr. Steven Perry.The doctors' philosophy is that the patient's health and satisfaction is our utmost concern.

The Livermore Optometry Group team take even routine eye exams very seriously. During a yearly or bi-yearly examination, our Livermore patients will receive a patient history review, a series of vision and eye tests, assessments of eye focusing and movement, and an eye health evaluation.
