Cons:
1. Manager is terribly unreliable/not present. Does not return calls or emails. Corporate HQ isn't much better, they are just more polite.
2. Parking. (Not enough parking, people do not know how to park, and it is partially because there aren't any parking lines.)
3. Dogs/pets- people not cleaning up after their pets.
