Dan was fast, easy and communicative to work with. He got back with quotes and iterated on pricing quickly. His first quote was very competitive and he was able to close quickly and was helpful recommending people for home insurance as well. We ended up using a different lender due to a situation with a realtor but I have no doubt Dan would have been excellent to close the deal with!

We used Daniel a few years ago on a conforming jumbo loan ($625k) and he did a great job. I've stayed in contact with him over the last few years and he has always remained responsive to questions about the current market, providing rate quotes etc. Keeping us informed and always being available has been critically important to us.

Refi's so easy we did it twice! Daniel Paris: Mortgage Guru and Guide for the us over-scheduled, busy professionals.
Between the work day and running a household, the idea of refinancing seemed daunting. After starting the application process with 2 different companies, mostly based on public radio recommendations - Not only were both companies… terriable about returning my calls or remembering my name, I was astounded by their expensive closing costs. Astounded! (Regardless that I could avoid upfront cost and they'd just tack it onto the loan).

Daniel and his team are all great! I'm self employed and where other lenders didn't want to spend the time working through our file to purchase investment properties Daniel did.
