Vince was amazing! I had a very large list of demands and Vince was able to locate the perfect house for our family. I didn't even think the house I wanted existed but we found it and Vince negotiated a great deal below asking and market value. With a short timeline, Vince layed out an efficient home tour schedule and was responsive to all of our needs. As a result we closed on our Dream home and it would not have worked out so wonderfully without Vince's knowledge and expertise. I had gone through four agents before finding Mr. Vincent ...I was nearly about to give up as all the other agents I worked with did not seem like they had my best interest , causing me to think it was not possible to find all the amenities in the price point I was looking for. Vincent was on it, he understood what was important, he was always on time, great communication- responded immediately to all calls and texts and he fought for getting me what I needed. Vince is an exceptional Realtor. We were moving from the coast (about 2 hours away) to be closer to our grandchildren. With work schedules, selling our house and preparing to move our schedule was crazy. Vince always made himself available to view dozens of house. His local knowledge helped us narrow down specific regions to watch and it was a blessing to have him walk us though every step of the process. Vince took care of everything from scheduling inspections to negotiating based on the results of the report. He even found us a loan agent who shopped around and got us an amazing interest rate
