My family and I love living here! The community is kept really clean, the neighbors are friendly and they are in a great location.
Irene the manager is wonderful, she really cares about her residents and puts together fun events for us. We just had a free holiday photoshoot and my family enjoyed it! We were able to give out nice Christmas cards. It's small nice things like this, that during tough times makes a big positive difference. The apartments are also in great condition, they have a maintenance person Alejandro who comes and fixes things if needed and is always respectful when entering

Parkside Brentwood is such a beautiful and professionally managed complexes. The office staff always tends to all my questions and needs and have been so helpful! The grounds are well kept and the facilities are clean. Irene the manager goes all out for her residents and is always so kind! You rarely see that in property managers now a days! But you can tell she has pride and integrity in her job.

From the application process to moving in, everything was a smooth transaction! It is an older apartment complex but management kept it updated and nice. They attend to any issues with in 2-3 days if it is not an emergency, the grounds is well kept for me this means the office staff and maintenance guy works very well as a team. only been here for 5 months and I AM LOVING IT!!! This is a home away from home type of apartment here in Brentwood and affordable from the rest. I recommend 100%

I've been here about a year and I've had no issues at all. Everyone is friendly, including the management, and maintenance. Irene goes above and beyond for her tenants, always spoiling us with goodies and free events for the residents. If you are looking for a quiet, inviting, friendly space to live in I recommend coming in and checking it out for yourself!

I love this apartment . The community is so nice . The management is very responsive to all my needs. The unit is really nice. Its very modern and bright with updated kitchens and bathrooms and hardwood floor. Also great closet space. I love looking out at the big lawn area, and the private patio is perfect for extra space . I think this is the best place to live in the Brentwood area.
