Hiding my name because they target people at this complex. Lived here and made friends here, but when the newest management took over it went to hell. Apartment inspections that feel like once every 2 weeks yet the entire time they never fixed any smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector, or the AC/heating unit. Also, if your car is parked in the same spot too long or too often they will threaten to tow it, EVEN IF YOU LIVE THERE! Useless rude management.

My wife and I lived here for 15 years, within the last few years we just couldn't take anymore of the new piss-poor management here. The place is just terrible and the leadership is to blame. At the time we decided anything was better than this place, at least 20 other residents were on their way out too. Good riddance Avery😡😡

If your looking into moving here these are some things to take into consideration......The community it's self is great. However the management is horrible, they tape important paper notices on your door and assume all will receive them. When asked why not email important information manager states " not everyone has an email " it's 2017 everyone has an email lady come on, and always have cell phones in hand. They constantly shut the water off to the buildings and only give a day prior notice. The mailbox get broken into constantly and when asked management they state"oh we are having security

Although we haven't had too many issues here, the apartment complex was recently sold. It is next to impossible to get a hold of anyone at the front office. I typically have to bother the maintenance man via emergency phone line to figure out what is going on.
Most recently the water has had to be shut off for emergency purposes, as I understand this was an emergency (the first day), like I stated above, it was very frustrating not being able to get anyone on the phone at the office.
