This place has multiple listing showing multiple units available. I’ve been calling for two weeks and sent appointment request to get a text back saying someone will call shortly…. Never called. I finally get someone to answer the phone instead of just dropping by just to be told they are 100% occupied and have NOTHING available. Why post listings on Craigslist Zillow apartments.com saying you have units available and not call anyone back just to waste people’s time.

Very confusing lease agreements and signed the lease Jun 2021 and until Sep fully paid the rent in the system and there was no amount due but in sep 2021 started billing me trash - hot water - water and etc for last few months. Last year lease agreement was very clear and specific like rent X amount and Utilities X amount and total X and this never changed for last whole year but when i received the new lease it was written X amount for 12 months and X months plus X amount for month to month and X amount was almost same amount of last year total rent so signed so thought maybe it is same like last

For the past month or so I have been working with Demetrius to resolve an issue for my client who was housed here. He is one of the most patient Managers I have worked with. Very tolerant and an awesome listener. Although my client left the whole experience reminded me there is still some good people out there. I could definitely work with them again.

The only pros of this complex is that they have parking a pool and they come with washer and dryer in unit !!
This place is full of water bugs and roaches and there is no direct communication with maintnence to get immediate assistance.
Random water shut offs without prior notice
every other week!
The community is gated but the homeless have access they do drugs and sleep in the parking lot near reserved parking and there’s NO reliable security available on call to have them

I wish that I had read some of these reviews before I moved onto this property a month ago and signing a 13 month lease. I could have done better but was in a crunch to have a place. There are things and policies that you don't learn about until you're in. I too have sprayed for roaches, and have seen beetles and other random bugs. Though true and in no way scandalous, my complaints are too numerous to name but trust me, I'm being very observant and documenting everything that I see. I have no problem with the maintenance people however! I hope to get out by the time my lease is fulfilled.

The apartment are nice but the customer service is horrible. They never answer their phone wait days for a call back never call. Management sucks I can't wait to move every month rent is different. You pay water garbage sewer and utilities whatever that is.

My family and I recently moved into Mira Vista Apartments. The location is right by the freeway and close to the mall. The property itself is always kept clean and they have a few pools on-site, which is awesome on these hot days for my family. The property manager, Melissa, was very helpful and friendly. From signing the lease, to move-in, to now, it has been a great experience.

This place doesnt know customer service. They recently changed management company so the okay review i had written before is now being updated to a bad review. Water is always shut off! Was shut off 4 or 5 times in the last month maybe more i only know of these times because im mostly at work. Its shut off for hours at the time! They dont atleast send notifications. Facebook and yelp say theyre open until 6 theyre only open until 5. My fionce had called and asked for a new closet door. (Part that is attached to hinges is broken and wont hold) over a month later still no closet door. Hes called

Moved into an older model apartment. Pamela refused to do my move in walk through and gave me a paper to mark anything I felt was damaged or needed to be fixed. I never saw the apartment I was moving into prior to signing the lease becasue it "wasn't ready until the day I was suppose to move in". As soon as I walked in to my new apartment there was a giant cockroach in my bathroom! I immediately took a picture and called Pamela to let her know. She acted completely surprised as if this was an isolated incident (that's a joke!), and told me to come back in so she can write up a work order to have
