I currently live here, my car has been broken into 3 times in 1 year so far. Pool and work out room hasn't been open in 2 years due to Covid but rent is the same even tho you don't get full amenities. Your not allowed to watch footage of vandalism to your property where you pay rent at, and the apartment manager says watching 10 hours of a video is too long . Pretty much as long as I live here I can't keep my car here. Lots of cars here had broken windows before Christmas and not even a letter went out to other residents letting them know about what's going on here. I called

These people are terrible.... and with this pandemic it's even gotten worse. Non responsive, disorganized, irresponsible, Really makes you wonder what the HOA fees are used for there, I know it's not to dump all that trash around the complex, and it's also definitely not to replace the remote controls that are supposed to be to open the gate... but don't. Instead you just click the remote control, and just wait for someone else to come along and exit or use their working remote.... if you contact them they will not get back to you and if they do it's usually nothing helpful

I have been living at the baywoods apartments now about almost a year and a half and I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REPLACEMENT ON REMOTE FOR THE FRONT GATE! I have called and spoke to the manager several times, spoke to her in person and her only response is to come back at the end of the month. These crappy remotes are 7 years old and she treats them like gold! Mean while we have cars lined up and trying to get in, talk about inconvenient. The maintenance guy who thinks he's Rico suave..don't do anything but walk around the complex while there's trash everywhere! Oh and be prepared to

The is a perfect little community for us It's gated and always locked WITH SECURITY which is good for the area...Whenever there's something I need to be done the maintenance is on top of it in the next day or two which I LOVE. I can honestly say it's one of the better apartments I've lived in since moving to Antioch.... It's central located to the mall and food places. There's a lovely pool and workout center. The units are cute and comfy, the lady in the front office is most helpful, the maintenance is great, and overall the grounds are well kept WOULD RECOMMEND moving

I would like to say that renting an apartment is not easy but Baywoods In Antioch has provided me with a great experience. The office manager Melissa was great to work with. She was understanding and accommodating. The grounds are very well kept, they provide an environment with the 24 hour security service and parking structure. I'm very happy to have made my choice to become a resident at Baywoods.

I have lived in several apartment over the last 10 years and this one is one of the worst. We have sadly lived here for 3 years and have seen the quality of the neighborhood deteriorate rapidly especially since they switched out the maintenance guy and hired the worst apartment manager I have ever had the experience of dealing with. I have reported having no air conditioning for over two weeks and have had one rude interaction with the manager's snide comment about me not answering the phone and one message left by the maintenance 2 days after I called initially. I have called back 3 times

I lived here for about a year now and I am counting down until my lease is up. This place has only one dedicated parking spot and other cars would have to park outside across from the complex, luckily I wasn't too far from the gate. With all the construction going on, outside parking was hard to find. I did like maintenance. When my washer/dryer and oven weren't working, they were quick to replace them. Another good thing about this placed is that you didn't have to pay for garbage and water. Aside from that, I've seen cars vandalized from slashed tires on thanksgiving day to

We moved into these "condo's" in February of 2008. They were a little small but they are fully upgraded. They have new cabinets in the kitchen as well as granite counter tops. They also have a washer/dryer in each unit.
Storage is horrible. It only has a closet in each bedroom and then a bit of storage space in the patio where the water heater is. There is no hall/linen closet which is a nightmare since you can't store anything. The area that the washer/dryer are in doesn't have any space for anything else BUT the washer/dryer. Therefore you need ti find another place
