I currently live here, and I don’t recommend it. Yes, the apartments are decent, spacious, and low cost, but since we moved in, we’ve had a problem with maintenance. Our laundry room still doesn’t work, we haven’t had a working dishwasher since move in (the new one they installed fills up and doesn’t drain), our A/C was out for the entire month of July. Our roommate tried to tell the staff that her toilet was leaking 3 separate times, but they said it wasn’t. It got to the point where it leaked into her room and soaked her carpet, and that’s when they finally fixed it. They’re short

This place has the WORST management or corporate My fridge was freezing all of my food and I wasted $200 worth of food before they actually decided they would replace my fridge. My patio door doesn’t lock and they will not come fix it. The dryer in the laundry room DOES NOT work correctly, it doesn’t dry the clothes & the door doesn’t even latch and the people that live here have been forced to just tape it shut and I’ve called multiple times and filed a complaint and they still have not even tried to fix it and nobody in the building can do their laundry. It’s been like this for 5 weeks

I have had an overall good experience at Nottingham up until recently. These units have central air, modest prices, very conveniently located to west main, I-94 and Us-131. Honestly I couldn’t ask for much better in terms of location and general amenities for the price. Although this place has many positives, when the negatives come, they come HARD. I haven’t been able to flush my toilet OR have a warm shower in two weeks. Besides the sanitary issues that come with having a toilet that doesn’t flush, I have had to commute to my parents house to take a shower 7 days a week. This has cost me

Just awful. When I moved in, my apartment was infested with roaches. Informed the office that there were 20+ just in the kitchen, and they acted like it was normal. Sent someone out two days later to spray. This didn’t take care of the issue, so I hired my own exterminator. Maintenance entered my apartment without informing me on more than one occasion. I was not able to see my apartment until the morning I moved in and it was not cleaned previous to me moving in. Old toothbrushes, hair ties, used q-tips, dishes left in the cabinets, and dead roaches! Countless nights without a hot shower because

I love this place! Amanda in the office has just been amazing to work with. I find the cost very reasonable and my apartment is spacious and just lovely. Move in costs are the most reasonable I’ve ever had. I have found my neighbors to be quiet and friendly. It’s nice to go to the office and always be greeted with a smiling face!

Good and friendly Staff members that will try to help you your problem or questions. Maintenance is usually pretty quick even though the list is pretty long depends on what is needed to be done. After hours Emergency response is usually within 5 to 10 minutes that I have called. Nice Neighborhood, safe and clean with ample parking and 1 shed parking for each apartment. Though it will be better if there is a fence dog area to let the dog loose and meet others to socialize.

I love living in Nottingham! The office people are really kind and helpful. The maintenance staff are prompt; they come within a day and fix any issue. The apartments are spacious and the pricing is reasonable. The community is really pleasant there is nice out door space for children to play and for cook outs.
