They accept most insurance. Mask are required. The staff is incredibly nice. The doctor does talk a lot so be prepared for that. He explains everything. I happen to stop in schedule an appointment because there's so close to my house. I was pleased with my experience and would recommend this office because I think this doctor really cares. He said the patient comes first a few times.

The worst experience of my life. Dr, Ramos was very dismissive of me and my questions. When I asked him a direct question regarding my vision is answer was " you don't need to know that". His personal cleanliness was lacking. The office itself could have used a real cleaning. The optician didn't understand my insurance and saving program. I had to explain it to her. I choose to get my Rx and purchase my eyewear elsewhere.When I presented my Rx to another optician and had glasses made they Rx from Dr. Ramos was incorrect. I had to have another exam which cost me more money and

I love this place! Terry and Michelle are EXPERTS! You'll never have an easier time learning how to use contact lenses or a better fitting pair of frames than a pair fitted here!
They have a nice selection of frames and their office is very clean and comfortable. The exam rooms are too and the exam equipment is cleaned right before and right after your exam so you KNOW everything is clean.
They've taken care of my son and me for several years and they will, for several years to come.

I've been coming to Mintz Optometry for over 30 years. The ladies that run the front desk are the best, always taking good care of me and my family. The eye exams are thorough and well-explained by the optometrist, and they have a nice selection of frames and contact lenses. I've always been happy with the service, and always look forward to my annual exam and catching up with the staff.

I've been going to this place since childhood. Very unorganized, and they always try to scam you for more money- one time they were ringing me up for contacts. At first she said $120 then after a few seconds of calculating she all of a sudden said $330. That's when I knew i has to leave. They said it's because of a change in insurance, but I didn't change my insurance! It's impossible to make a mistake that huge. If it was $10 then it's understandable. It wasn't a mistake. I've been going to this optometrist for over 15 years at this point. Now that I live in Ohio one would think that i'd switch but a good eye doctor is a good eye doctor. The receptionists that have been there through this time have always been amazing and still remember me. The doctors there have always been top notch. Would recommend easily. You're in good hands here.

I love Mintz Family Optometry! I've had nothing but great experiences here with everyone. They made my contact experience a breeze and answered all my questions no matter the time of day. My first experience was 2 years ago when I got my glasses and again, the whole process was super easy. I've sent my mother in law here and she loves it as well!

I have been coming here for years!!! Well almost. I loved the atmosphere then and I always had the same doctor which was good because he knew what my eye sight was because he'd look back at my file he wrote a year ago. I'm saddened that he retired. He did his job quick and easy. NOW I see many different doctors I do not like at all. The last doctor was an Asian woman. I tried to explain my problem but she kept saying that I was refusing to listen. Mind you I was listening but because I was having issues with my contacts I got sick of having to go get my eyes checked every week . I did

I started coming here in 2002 and just love this place. Back then, I had Dr. Rubin and he was kind, gentle and attentive. I adored the front line staff, especially, Terri and Michelle. I was always welcomed warmly and thoroughly felt that I was well taken care of.
When I had changed occupation in 2006, I was genuinely disappointed to find out that I had to change my eye dr. It's really hard to find such personalized, effective, and efficient service.

I have been coming here since I was a kid. This was my dad's eye doctor. For years I saw the same doc, who wasn't the warmest guy around, didn't talk much, but he was quick, to the point, and I never had any issues. He retired 4 years ago and I have seen 3 other docs since; I only go in once a year.

The office staff here is about as good as it gets. Friendly, helpful, informative, and ready to answer any question given. I've always been informed on the progress of my orders, including when the manufacturer caused a delay.
The eye doctors are also very pleasant and informative. They take the time to be sure I have the right contacts for my changing prescription, and address any concerns I have regarding my vision.
I definitely recommend, and am glad my primary care physician referred me here.

This is possibly my third or fourth annual visit to this eye care facility, so I feel I have given them an exceptional amount of time to step up and improve their services and customer service. They have not. Each time I have gone in for my examination and new eyeglass prescription, I have had excessive waiting, incorrect prescriptions on the lenses and absolutely NO customer service or follow through on behalf of the office.
Glasses this time were incorrect prescription twice. First time they stated it was the labs fault for not reading the instructions correctly, however it was written wrong
