Do Not Rent An Apartment from Harpers Point Cincinnati-Loveland Ohio!!..I had the worst experience!!..The living room ceiling was leaking, the bathroom wall was leaking, the refrigerator door came off…I reported all of this and more and nothing was done!..I stayed until lease was up, gave them 30 day notice “Intent To Vacate” and they charged me another month and put it on my credit report of which I’m still fighting!!..Don’t get caught in that mess!!..Avoid!!

I have had a wonderful experience so far. I particularly love the landscaping, water features that adorn this apartment complex making it stand out from the rest. The maintenance staff is great and very swiftly responds to requests. I feel this place offers a great value for the rent that is paid. I wouldn't want to live in any other apartment and would definitely recommend Harpers Point to anyone that is looking to rent an apartment in Cincinnati.

Harpers Point Apartments offer everything you could possibly want in terms of affordability, attentiveness to the needs of the residents, and a striving to always make this a :"great place to live". The grounds are so beautiful and buildings are well maintained. Office staff are always ready to care for our needs in a timely and respectful manner. We love it here and cannot imagine living anywhere else!!!

My daughter and I moved here in July of 2020. A little nervous about living in an apartment. After visiting a friend who lives here it was clear that this is where I needed to be. I'm so happy with my decision. I love my apartment, office staff, neighbors and all the amenities. The grounds are just beautiful, love to sit out on my patio. All of my friends know without a doubt I love it here as I flood their timelines with pics and videos constantly. I went here once to visit my best friend and it was awesome. The apartment she lived in looked super nice, they have yards that look really pretty that the local ducks sometimes went in, the public pool was really big and it was great (except for when I slipped and fell underwater) and we got to go to a beach and a little place that i think wasn't in a box but it was full of sand and it had a bucket and me and my best friend built a sand castle and it was amazing there. My son and I have lived in one of the townhouses for approximately 2.5 years and truly enjoy the atmosphere here. As a dog owner, I love the long paved walking trail that encircles the property and the ponds and landscaping are kept clean and well maintained. I have not had any "negative" experiences with any of the staff here and have nothing but nice things to say about them personally. The townhouses are quite pricey, but I was well aware of the monthly cost before moving in and there are no hidden fees or additional costs.

If you have maintenance issues or any concerns and need help from the management office, forget about it. It’s been Since June or July We moved in and my bathroom still has mold, my maintenance ticket is still pending. Caulking is done so poorly over existing mold, hasn’t been scrapped off and re done correctly that now I have pink mildew that I’m constantly having to handle. Our first bathroom ticket, was done so poorly and half done and we waited a month and after a month you’d think it’s get done properly right? No. Also called the office numerous times about trouble from my upstairs

A great community with a very convenient location. Walking trail around and throughout the property, and the complex backs right up to lovely Weller park. The landscape overhaul is beautiful. There are fun community events, and a great little pub on the premises. A variety of floor plans. The office, bar, and management staff are all very friendly and responsive. I almost overlooked this gem because there are no garages or carports. I visited at the recommendation of a friend, and I'm SO GLAD I DID!!

The property is beautiful. I feel like I'm tucked away in nature, but have easy access to great shopping, a walk away from the grocery, and am 20 minutes from anywhere I could ever want to go. The maintenance team is absolutely amazing and take great care of everything. All of our neighbors are great. It's been amazing living here.
