I really love living at Infinity at Centerville Crossing. The office staff and maintenance staff are very nice, friendly. They always greet you with a smile and make you feel at home. Very modern and fresh. This apartment complex is in a very convenient location and close to many things. The management team is awesome. Erica initially helped me tour and lock in my rate. Amanda is so sweet and funny! I felt at home as soon as I toured and when I arrived to pick those keys up. I recommend moving here if you are looking for a nice, modern place to live.

My stay at Infinity at Centerville Crossing was amazing! I stayed here while I was in search of a house. I have nothing but great things to say about the amazing staff from the time I moved in until my move out day. Amanda was always responsive and helpful, anything I needed done the maintenance usually had done within 24 hours if not within the same day. They have 24 hour gym access, a beautiful pool, trash pickups, trash chutes, elevator, tons of parking and the grounds were always kept up. Let me not forget they also have an app you can download to communicate with the office and request maintenance

Very spacious, elegant apartments. I love all of the amenities here! Not only do you have the Infinity pool , but you have a Starbucks machine you can access anytime. There is a beautiful clubhouse, a sitting area with a fireplace! Two different gym areas and so much more. Plus I have peace of mind knowing these doors are only accessible through my fob-no-one can access the building unless they live here. When you have things delivered there is a call box so you can let people in when you have deliveries, or company.

The service I received here is amazing. I am a past resident however this is the best place I have ever lived. The maintenance team is alway so professional and fixed my issues in a timely manner and I could always count on Leonard for a simile and a good joke. Infinity had the best office staff. Erica is one of my faves she is so sweet and really knows what’s she is talking about. This is a 10 star community. Thanks for being amazing.

As beautiful as the apartments are, I don't recommend living here unless if you don't mind a lot of noise. It seems the walls and floors are extremely thin. I've only been living here for a little bit over a month and have made about 4-5 noise complaints to the leasing office. I don't bother reaching out to the leasing office anymore because every time I complain, I get an excuse that my neighbor upstairs is moving out. I'm assuming another neighbor has moved in since they're playing loud music at 9PM currently, doing a lot of heavy walking, and just dropping many

This is my first residential rental property in Virginia and I would have to say that I would be bending over backwards to find a complaint. My neighbors are incredible and kind. The staff is patient, efficient and attentive. My work orders are completed in about 24-hours or less (regardless of how minor or, admittedly, incidental they are).
The property is just as beautiful as it appears in the advertisement and the staff works incredibly hard to keep it that way. The amenities center looks, feels, and smells like a hotel lobby (I've never experienced that). Did I mention the Vegas Beach Club

This rental property DOES NOT honor military deployment orders. I'm a active duty Senior Chief Petty Officer in the USN of 19 years. When renting here, I received orders to deploy overseas. Once I turned the orders into the leasing office I was notified that they wouldn't except them and was required to pay an extra 60 days of rent after move-out and a lease termination fee despite being called to serve our country. Worse pre-deployment experience in my career! I'm working deligently to add this property to the Navy's off limits list

When I first met Erica Stegall, Leasing Asst. for Infinity @ Centerville Crossing, I had a comfortable feeling. She was very professional, kind, inviting and informative. Once we moved in, Erica was easy to talk to and if I ever had any questions, she was just a text message away.
Although my family and I were there for just 4 months, overall we were pleased with our stay. We felt safe and all the staff were very friendly. The grounds were well maintained and the building was very clean. Yes, we had a noisy neighbor above us (as others have mentioned) who seemed to walk the floors 24 hours a day

I applied last minute to a local Virginia Beach law school and came up the weekend of July 18th, needing to sign a lease immediately before moving to Virginia from Texas on August 1st. I am a female, and moving to a new place alone (half a country away from home!) was a bit of a scary experience for me! We had literally 24 hours to find an apartment, and Infinity was the first complex I toured. I had seen units with garages, which was a huge selling point to me (not to have to worry about parking or walking alone late from night to my apartment) and Erica was able to show me two available units

Amazing place and amazing service!!!! Apartments are gorgeous. Customer service was southern hospitality at its finest. Due to deployment schedule I was unable to move in, but fully expect to move there upon return. Amanda was awesome touring the various apartments. She’s on point!!! Infinity honors PCS and deployment orders as expected. Can’t wait to get a place there once I return.

I've lived here for almost four years, management is great and anytime I've had an issue they've resolved it ASAP. The community is beautiful and the best part is that they are pet friendly! There is beautiful laminate flooring in the apartments which is a good thing because it is easy to clean up after I spill something.

Okay, I have been living here for about four months now. Wife is active military and we have two school aged children. Now, I'm not going to say that everything is perfect here, every place has some issues. However, I have to commend and give credit, when credit is due. I have lived in a lot of different places across the United States, I have to say that this place has it's stuff together for the most part. They do need a porter, because there are some nasty lazy people living here that feel they don't need to take their trash to the dumpster and just leave it midway but that&apos

The staff was so helpful! I met with Celeste, who was very knowledgeable and so sweet. She was really patient and kind to my daughter who kept interrupting. I really like the options and floor plans this complex has to offer. Based on my experience alone these apartments are at the top of my list for choices. I would definitely recommend people looking for a centralized location to stop by and take a tour it's worth your time!

These apartments are very beautiful and in a great location. Everything is updated and the office staff is very helpful. Celeste informed us on absolutely everything we needed to know about the apartments. She focused on what we really wanted in an apartment. We really loved the idea of a short term lease because we might buy a house soon too!

The staff is amazing and some of these reviews are a joke. Take them with a grain of salt. Yes, the community has had issues but I can see the improvements. My move in went smoothly and I've very satisfied with my apartment. I wasn't able to see it before I moved in and it was everything the leasing agent told me it would be.

The apartment is nice but it is overpriced I had to get rid of a service dog while I lived in this community because I was told that I couldn't have Pitbulls on this property however there are multiple pit bulls that live on the property . The police are always out there due to break-ins. The key fobs don't work when it's cold outside and it gets stuck which leaves you waiting for the next neighbor to open up the door for you. The apartments are ridiculously overpriced for the amount of space that you get. They are trying to charge me for damages done to the outside of my apartment
