I am trying to get a cheaper apartment for myself and my dog and thought I had one BUT, now WCC WANTS TO PUT ME IN A HIGHER PRICED APARTMENT WHERE THERE IS WAY TO MUCH ROOM FOR ONE PERSON
AND THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE ME GO BROKE. AS LONG AS I HAVEN'T SIGNED ANY PAPERS YET I'M OUT SEARCHING FOR A MUCH CHEAPER APARTMENT WHERE I WILL BE IN WALKING DISTANCE TO A WALGREENS AND MOST OF MY FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS ARE OVER HERE BY GETZ RD.
THE REASON I DON'T QUITE AGREE WITH THE PET QUANTITY AND PRICING ( 1 MGMNT. PERSON SAID $150 FOR 1 DOG & THE OTHER MANAGEMENT PERSON FILLING IN SAID NO IT'S $200 FOR

I used to live here 20 years ago and it is still just as affordable, convenient, and safe. They've kept the property maintained and I notice every few years they do more significant capital improvements. There are a wide variety of living options so that you could upgrade or downgrade and stay on the same property. Housing blocks are spread out enough and there's a lot of trees so it doesn't feel too close to all your neighbors. I've had 4 friends over the years that have felt quite at home here.

I went to look at an apartment the pregnant office lady was tired and didn’t want to show me an apartment she only showed me the floor plan. She claimed the maintenance men had left for the day even though it was 3 in the afternoon. I won’t be going out they were very unwelcoming and made me feel uncomfortable.

Willow Creek is not fair when it comes to paying for water. There is no way you can have one meter for 12 units and split the bill fairly. My daughter and I share a unit here we don't use half the water as the one person upstairs do. This young lady lives alone but washes for at least 4 times a week for hours. Her wash machine knocks so loudly it is forcing us to move because it is driving me beyond nuts. The total cost including all utilities and cable is around $1050 per month. Not worst it I'm fed up!!!

The complex is peaceful. There's plenty of parking. I love to utilize the tennis courts. Jogging around the complex and taking walks can be nice in the summer time. The price is reasonable. Currently I live in a 2 bedroom for $590 (that includes pet fee). It's $565 without the fee. They do regular inspections so they will always ensure that you have working appliances or replace blinds if they become damaged. The staff is friendly. This will be my second year staying here.

I lived at Willow Creek Crossing for a total of 13 and a half years. It was the only place in my adult life that truly felt like home. The staff over those years always treated me like one of the family, and was always willing to help with any problems or concerns you may be having. I made numerous lifelong friends with fellow neighbors as well… while living there. Unfortunately, because of rising rent costs, and living on a fixed disability income, I had to move to a cheaper apartment complex. I can testify that the old saying "you get what you pay for" is true. The staff at the apartment

Make sure that you look at the writing on the application. I was slated to find a job in the area and thought it would be a good idea to get an apartment. I found this place filled an application out and paid a $200 deposit. Then I was told I was going to another job location so I canceled my request for an apartment 2 weeks before I was going to… be there, and 3 weeks before the 1st of the month my lease would have started. They would not refund my $200 DEPOSIT, calling it a "Hold fee" now, and stating there is nothing they can do. Watch yourself a people!

I have to rave about the people who work here. The leasing agents were so so nice to me the entire process of me moving and figuring everything out because I was new to this and I have not one negative thing to say about them. And the maintenance guys are super sweet about coming to fix anything at any time of the night. I have yet to come across… someone rude or with an attitude. Haven't felt any bad vibes and as many times as I've called maintenance they have not sounded bothered or annoyed with me. I'm so happy with the choice I made and recommend it to every single person asking me about

I worked at Willow Creek for 9 1/2 years almost 11 years ago. The group of people I worked with was like a 2nd family and still associate with a few of them to this day. The perks of the job were amazing. They always took care of their employee's. And defiantly take care of their residents. I have had family members that have lived at WCC also.… Great place to work....and a great place to live. Shout out to Pat, maint mgr with 20 plus year of service to WCC. And if you visit the office you can always catch Rose (property Mgr) with a smile on her face!( 5 stars!)
